Sijaitsee kaiken Panama City Beachin keskustassa: Pier Park -ostos- ja yöelämää, upeaa paikallista ruokailua, kalastusvuokrauksia, auringonlaskun delfiiniristeilyjä, Persianlahden maailman meripuistoa, eläintarhamaailmaa, venesatamaa, kalastuslaituria ja venelaituria. Rakastat auringonnousua ja auringonlaskua Emerald Coast -alueella omalta parvekkeeltasi katsottuna, tilavaa keittiötä ja olohuoneita sekä mukavia sänkyjä. Siellä on 3 suurta makuuhuonetta (makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, makuuhuoneessa 2 on 2 queen-size-vuodetta, makuuhuoneessa 3 on king-size-vuode, ja olohuoneessa on queen-size-vetäytyvä vuodesohva, 2 uskomattomia kylpyhuoneita ja paljon tilaa perheellesi. Review of Check-out Issue
View was wonderful and condo was great. Trip was ruined after we had checked out and was home for a day. Property host accused us of trashing the place and attempted to charge us an additional $500. I dispute her allegations and refuse to pay the additional fee. We left the unit with no trash, sink cleaned with dishwasher running and washed all linens and bath rugs. Only linen left unwashed were three wash clothes as they were used upon our exit. Was really considering renting this same unit next year but after I was accused os something I would never do - you can forget it. As far as I’m concerned, Heather is not a good property host!!!

Very beautiful property, elevators had a wait as usual due to season of stay. We definatly got out excersis using the stairs alot. Had plenty of spices and the counter tops were awesome as well as the decor of the whole place!

The condo is beautiful and stocked really great. Super nice views. The neighbor condo had some people smoking Marijauna and it would suck into our condo almost daily. This was no fault of the condo owner, just unfortunate for the kids in our room. The owner was ver responsive and everything was perfect.

Amazing location!!
I don’t even think the pictures do this property justice. The location is perfect. The beach has white powder sand and the water was a gorgeous blue/green color. The pools are big and right on the beach. This may be in the instructions somewhere and I just didn’t read thoroughly enough. But you don’t need to bring beach towels or beach chairs. They are provided. Make sure to bring trash bags and toilet paper. Only one trash bag and one extra roll of toilet paper provided. The beds were so comfortable. The condo was very clean. Loved this condo!!! I’m already thinking about when we can plan another trip back.

The condo was more beautiful than the pictures portray. We loved the layout of the condo and the grounds of the condo were great also! By far the best condo we've ever stayed at. You felt like you were at home. Not a single thing had been over looked, to the comfy beds to stocked kitchen utensils. If you had forgotten something no need to worry, it was probably there already. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This condo is beautiful! Its clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The decorating itself just screams happy/fun. It includes so many extras like beach towels, chairs, toys, full stocked kitchen, blankets, everything you may need. I can't say enough kind things. If I had to give cons the outside of the complex itself from the front needs some love and updating. Around the pool has been updated and looks great. The balconies are a little small too. We will definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for having us!

First of all, Heather the owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all our questions and needs. The condo was so beautiful, clean And COMFORTABLE! That is not easy to find! Heather has really put thought into the detail of what you need long term or short term renting. There was all the necessities you need in a kitchen including pyrex food storage for leftovers! And as a huge bonus, It has a great view of the gulf! Plus the complex is so well maintained and clean. The security and staff do so well and have such good attitudes. This was our first time on the east end of PCB and we loved it! The restaurant's, people and beach are the best!

Beautiful vacation
Loved the unit, the location was great. We have always stayed closer to pier park but I really enjoyed being further away and it seemed a lot less crowd on the beach. Never had to fight for chairs anywhere or location on the beach. Loved that !!! My only suggestion would be to put some curtains or something in the living room. Would of been nice for the person sleeping in the living room. And maybe something on the guest bathroom door to hang wet towels.

Nice Place
Your unit was very nice. Location is the best with it being on Thomas Drive. Getting around PC Beach from that location is a breeze unlike the West end of Panama City Beach. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Ken Adkison

Lovely Condo
Our family was very happy with this condo, it was beautifully renovated and decorated. The condo kitchen was very well stocked with pretty much every utensil or dish you would need to prepare a meal. The bedrooms and the furniture were very comfortable. We absolutely loved the flamingo decor in the master! The elevator wait was not too long and the pools and beach access were great. We had a great vacation in this home and would love to return!

The best view ever
A great place to be with family and friends, has a perfect view to the sea, everything new a full kitchen, very accomodating, the hotel has two large pools, and a jacuse, super clean condo, the communication whit Heather Is awesome the only problem we found is that the jacuse should be outdoors because the clorox smells are so strong ,but other than thank that we really enjoyed being in there. Looking forward to come back

Absolutely beautiful view and easy access.
Pro's: the view from the condo is stunning and access to the beach is very easy. I loved the fact that it is not right on the strip where there is so much traffic that you can't get where you want to go. There are two beautiful pools and a kiddie pool; plus a tiki bar; which served great food. Heather was very easy to work with and she answered all my questions that I had and responded in a timely manner. The staff itself was super wonderful and helped us out in a very bad situation. They had different things for the kids to enjoy such as movie night on the lawn and the bouncy slides. Con's: the condo is dated and really needs an upgrade. The cabinets in the kitchen won't stay closed and the couch was very dry rotted and was splitting; not to mention very uncomfortable. I did not read the rules and checked in at the front desk; and went to the room early and had a bad run in with the maid. She accused us of breaking into a condo that we had no access to and began yelling at my daughter. She began dropping the F Bomb and using Gods name in vain in front of my grandchildren. When I said something to her about the profanity: her response was take your Jesus S*** somewhere else. This is no reflection on the owner due to the fact she is under contract with the cleaning service; but make sure you don't check in until 4pm or you will meet someone that will ruin your day. The building itself is very dated as well and the elevator's are very, very small and take forever!!!!!! I have learned my lesson on reading and retaining all rules; but not sure that I will ever book through a private owner since they have no control over the people making contact with their paying guest.
