As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 28, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.
Phase 1: Initial Construction Period
• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
• Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view.
• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact
• Dates: November 25, 2024, to February 25, 2025
• Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Wake up to breathtaking ocean views every day when you stay at this beautiful condo located on the shores of Panama City Beach. Walk down on the beach at your leisure, or explore the nearby Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, Zooworld Zoological Park, M.B. Miller County Pier, and St. Andrews State Park.
The fun only continues at your stay when you dip into the turquoise waters of one of the multiple pools or hot tubs. A fitness room, meeting rooms, and nearby golf are also available for your enjoyment.
Heading inside, you'll instantly adore the nautical-themed decor, spacious living quarters, and bright pops of blue. Lounge on the bed or the soft sofa and tune into movies on the adjacent TV. The well-equipped kitchen provides a great space to whip up snacks if you can resist the urge of dining out. Each evening, throw your clothes in the private washer/dryer before heading out onto the private ocean-view balcony, drinks in hand, and your loved one by your side.

• Tentative Schedules: All mentioned dates AND units are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions and homeowner association decisions.
Things to Know
Please Be Advised: The property will have construction occurring between September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. Throughout that time frame, some condo balconies may be affected.
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Guests must pay an additional fee directly to the resort upon check-in, which covers their parking and wristbands for amenities access.
**Shores of Panama Resort charges a flat fee of $75 at check-in. This one-time charge will provide your party with up to 4 pool wristbands and 1 parking pass. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA. **

This rental is located on floor 23.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
