Great location
The condo was clean and loved the location. Our grandkids loved the pools. The resort is geared towards younger kids so I wouldn’t go if I wasn’t taking kids. It was nice to have the same chairs on the beach throughout the stay just know the lines are long to get them so go out early your first day. The check-in desk closes at 4 so try to get there earlier to get the parking pass and wristbands. An earlier review states the sliding door in the living room needs to be fixed and is very hard to open and close, it has not been fixed so we just used the door in the bedroom. Overall we had a great stay with our grandkids and would recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our week stay. Room was as pictured. There was 5 adults and 2 kids it fit us perfect. Only complaint would be the living-room glass sliding door was extremely hard to open as mentioned other reviews, and there was some mildew on the ceiling in the “guess room”, other than that everything was great. The resorts splash pad was perfect for the kids, two restaurants on site, parking was nice and straight across from the resort is a surf shop which was nice if you needed something for the pool or beach. We would definitely stay there again and also would love to rent this room again.

!st time staying at Splash
Had a great week, the splash park was a hit with the grandsons. The beach was awesome also but there were several days we couldn't go in the water due to rip tide currents but we had 4 days we could. The room overall was nice but it is showing it's age with some things that need repair and the obvious one is the glass sliding door from the living room. My son in law and myself were the only people who could open it, with the others being grankids, women and a 93 year old ! Several reviews have mentioned this problem so hopefully it will get resolved. But the hotel was wonderful with 2 eating establishments and an ice cream shop which was a hit with the grandkids of course! It was a very relaxing time with family.

Great place
This was our first time with Vrbo. It went seamless. Splash resort was great. The unit was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable the kitchen was well equipped. Just love the Beach in Panama City. Michael who was in charge of the chairs on the beach was very awesome.

The condo was very nice. Plenty of room for the 3 of us that ended up going. The area was great. My 14 year old son and his friend had a great time and I felt comfortable letting them go down to the pools without me. They said they had a great time. Only issue really was that the sliding door in the living room was very hard to open and close. I couldn’t do it, the boys had to do it for me. We had some great food and we can recommend Marcos Pizza. It was great. We enjoyed our stay but it really is geared to families with young children and mine were just a little too old.

Very good size, clean & relaxing! Amazing view, accommodated our 2 year old, 4 year old, husband & my dad perfectly! So close to everything. Amazing beach view & access! Love love LOVE the splash pad, water park, pools & lazy river! We were so sad to leave, will be booking again!

Family vacay
Overall we had a great stay at this condo! The condo was clean except for the sheets on the sleeper sofa but we found a clean set in the closet so it was an easy fix. The 6th floor location isn’t too high but still has a great view :) the kids loved the pools and water park. The sliding balcony door in the living room was very hard to open and close so we mainly went to the balcony through the master bedroom. We would definitely visit again!

Not worth the money
In unit 606e the living room furniture, mirrior, and bathrroom shower curtain were dirty. The guest bedroom comforter had dried crusty food on both sides and was clearly not washed. The resort was really nice and the condo is as well just wasnt cleaned well.

Kitchen too small ~ listed for 6 people and that’s way too small 2 nd bed was not comfortable and had to call to have dishwasher replaced and new pillows and outdoor chairs was rusted out but was replaced the next day. No pantry and not equipped for 6 people… way too small.

Very nice location right on beach. Love room being on 6th floor. Not too high, but high enough for great view. Splash maintenance responded promptly with a few minor issues. Owners good to work with.

Splash needs renovations. The little kid Splash pad frog was missing a large part of its head. The lazy river had sections of tile missing at riding level. All the pools were cloudy. As always, parking, luggage carts, and elevators were too few/inefficient. But the room itself required a visit from maintenance and the cleaner while we were there, costing us beach time. The toilets were running, a smoke alarm was missing, all the AC vents and intakes were covered in and surrounded by mildew and mold on the wall and ceiling around them. The washing machine rubber seal was so permeated with mildew it was stained black. The dishwasher racks were all completely covered in black mildew/mold. The decorations had layers of dust on them. We were really disappointed because a few years ago we had a great experience in the same resort (different room), but it seems the building and this particular room had fallen into disrepair. To be fair, when we complained they worked to fix it immediately, but no rental should be let in that condition. If you rent this room, check all these things upon arrival to get ahead of it.

The dishwasher was full of mildew. The shower curtain also had mildew on it. The sliding doors to go out on the deck were very difficult to open and close. The parking was not impressive. The elevators stayed full and took forever!

Beautiful water! Great location!
We had a great time in PCB. The water was gorgeous and the view was incredible from the balcony. The unit is spacious and the free beach chairs and umbrella were great. We did come across a couple issues that we have already discussed with the owners. Some things need updating (patio furniture/washer) and we had to do a little cleaning ourselves upon arrival. The view can’t be beat. We didn’t experience any problems with elevators (other than checkout day which is to be expected). The lady who checked us in was amazing (maybe Pamela). Don’t count on being able to use the pool chairs or hot tub much. It was very busy during our week and unsupervised little kids took over the hot tub the entire time. The owners were fast to respond to messages and answer questions. The cleanliness of the property grounds could have been better. Overall, I would rate it a 4/5.
