Tax collection

Resort owners are required to collect and remit the two local taxes from guest. This are Bay County tourist tax and Panama City beach stay taxes. VRBO DOES NOT collect this taxes when you book. Once you have booked we will send the extra tax charges through VRBO

Parking and Armbands

LTW resort management is responsible for managing all common areas to include parking, and all outdoor activities including beach access which requires payment of resort fees payable directly to the management upon check in. The fee is $85.58 ($75 +Tax & Fees) for the PCB Breeze unit .

Perfect location
The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful. Please note if you book in January some of the local businesses are closed for the season, but there are still lots that are open. Do your research.

A memorable Stay
My wife and I wanted to do something with the grandkids before they go back to school. Our stay at Panama City Beach Breeze was awesome. The unit was very very clean and spacious. I’m very big on cleanliness and I was not disappointed. The location of the property was also good. I highly recommend this place to anybody.😁💯

Family Vacation
We had a great time. Everything you need to cook. There was only one beach chair so we added 4 more chairs for the next guests. We also added an umbrella and a cooler. The wagon is old and you can’t take to the beach. I would suggest that to be replaced. Also no beach towels so bring your own. Great access to the beach. Beautiful views off the balcony. All around a very nice place to stay. Owner was very responsive.

Terrible Experience
Arrive at the property and the condo had not been cleaned and all towels and bedding were dirty. The shower curtain had black mold on it along with black mold on the ceiling. The smoke alarm had been ripped down from the wall and laying in a drawer in the bed room with no working battery. Tried to contact the host and was unable. Had to reach out to VRBO customer service and they were unable to contact the host at that time as well. We had to purchase cleaning supplies and a new shower curtain and pillows because the pillows were stain as well. The hide a bed also had black mold and stains.The day before check out the code to the property would not work leaving our belongings locked in the unit and again unable to contact the host. After two hours on customer service through VRBO and waiting another 2 hours the host finally text us a new code but at no time ever called or offered any reimbursement for our expense we had to pay for out of pocket and the cleaning fee. I would never book another property through this host. VRBO customer was very nice and helpful to work with for as much as they could do at the time.

We loved our apartment at Laketown Warf. Our host was amazing answered any questions or concerns and was very helpful. Staff was overall amazing as well. 10 out of 10 will stay again.

Very inaccurate
We get there and after waiting in line almost an hour to check in because they only have 2 people checking in what feels like half of Florida, we get told we have to pay an extra almost $90 a night to park our car and access to pools and gym. This is not listed anywhere in the listing and now after going back I see some more recent reviews talking about it. So if that wasn’t enough the elevators are not working and we’re on the 19th floor. They have one service elevator that’s working so now half of Florida has to use this or the stairs. We were only staying one night since visiting family down there and already felt like we were spending way too much and now this charge and no elevators- No way! We were tired and just couldn’t do this. In the midst of this the owner has gone radio silent and not responding to my messages. He knows what he did by not advising about this charge and now everyone else should know also. Do not book here!!

Not our best stay
Communication about parking pass was unclear. In an email, I was told that the parking pass would be in the unit. I assumed this meant it was paid for and would be in the room when we arrived. It was not. I tried emailing and calling the manager when I got no response by that night. We finally paid the extra $98 to get it and 4 bracelts (that were useless to us) as we got there too late to use the pools Friday night, spent the entire day at the beach Saturday and left by checkout at 10 am on Sunday. The unit was clean for the most part. It's definately time to replace the shower liner. There were no directions on what to do upon check out so we did what we thought is usually expected - stripped beds, took out trash, started dishes in washer. In the middle of the night, they batteries in the smoke alarm started going off and scared us to death. We could not make the loud chirping-sound stop. As we'd still not heard back from the owner from the emial and message the previous day, i called the only numbers we had access to and it was night patrol. They said they could do nothing. I finally had to take the smoke alarm apart - taking the batteries out did not stop it - and put it on the balcony to try and get some sleep. It was not our best stay.

Nice condo with a gorgeous view!
Went for thunder beach bike week and had a blast besides ended up getting sick first day lol. The bed was more comfier than mine at home! Only downfall was we were told by receptionist there was trailer parking on property although there was, it was public parking and have to pay to store our trailer. Thats no fault of the condo owner just Laketown wharf in general so beware if you take a trailer if going for bike week.

10 year anniversary
We had a relaxing stay. Sad that the weather didn't work out and we had double red flags but otherwise as always beautiful. My only hiccup was getting our key code before we got there but we were able to get in and all was beautiful. Will stay again!

Good Enough That We Came Back!
We've stayed at this property twice now. Overall, we enjoy the unit and location. This time, it was Spring Break which meant it was VERY busy (we got lucky and only waited about 1 hour for check-in, it was MUCH worse later). Would suggest staying here, but trying to avoid Spring Break weeks.

Great Year End Celebration / Getaway
Overall, this condo far exceeded my expectations. We were just looking for a relatively inexpensive option for going to the beach in celebration and close out of 2023. We visit PCB a couple times a year and usually pay much more than we paid this trip. I figured being less expensive it wouldn’t be as nice (and clean) as what we have become accustomed to but I was wrong. For a condo that is obviously rented, it was in great shape and was very clean. The walk to the beach was simple and short. The kitchen had all of the utensils and some coffee and other things so I would recommend taking a peek before heading to the grocery. Since we visited “off-season”, it wasn’t very crowded and many of the restaurants and things on the ground floor were closed but that was ok since there’s so much in the area anyway. There’s an ice cream shop that’s connected to the property (although not affiliated) which was a hit with my kids. The fountain / light show at 8PM each night was also very neat. The pictures from the balcony on VRBO don’t do the view justice and they are spectacular. It’s almost as if the condo is on the beach. Just a little to the left when looking over the balcony is a neighborhood of 1/2/3 story homes so its an unobstructed view of the ocean / beach. The only “negative” that is different from other condos we have stayed in is that you do have to pay for parking and amenities. It was like $80 for the 6 nights we were there. Overall, GREAT place and we will return!

Excellence!
When we arrived in PCB for our 25th anniversary trip, we went straight to the ER to find that my husband has a large kidney stone. As the evening wore on, I reaches out to Steve to let him know we were still coming & the reason for the delay. He was so understanding & kind. Beyond that, he messaged me a couple of days later to check on my hubby! That's above & beyond! We stay in condos at least twice a year. This condo was the best "equipped" one we have ever stayed in. In addition to the usual kitchen supplies, there is a cabinet with multiple spices available. The master bedroom closet offered a beach chair, collapsible wagon & oscillating fan. One of the things we loved most in the bedroom was the inclusion of a blackout shade. This was great since the bedroom is on the walkway end of the condo. There were plenty of towels. Most of the time, there is one roll of toilet paper per bathroom & you supply the rest. Here there were spare rolls included. Each sink had very nice handsoaps. Overall, this condo was great! Ill be checking to see if we can rent with Steve next time!

Everything you need
Shannon was great! The property was nice and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. I usually have to pack or buy all of the things needed for cooking, but everything was already there.
