This gorgeous unit is newly renovated and offers magnificent views of the beach, Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell. Enjoy Pinnacle Port's fantastic amenities that feature two pools (one heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard and access to fun on the lake. Beautiful Camp Helen State Park borders Pinnacle Port to the west and quaint Carillon Beach is to the east with a cute shopping /dining district right on the lake. Owners and guests access Pinnacle Port through the 24-hour gated entrance.

Pinnacle Port Resort is situated on a 25+ acre site within a beautiful gated community having over ¼ mile of beach frontage! The complex has lots of amenities including two swimming pools, tennis courts sauna/steam room, fitness room, its own private freshwater dock with boat slips boat launch and wi-fi. Beginning March 1, 2024, this property will initiate an online registration process and there will be a $30 resort fee per vehicle. The link to register will be sent in a seperate email once the balance is paid in full.

The views from this condo are fabulous. You are not only looking right on the beach, but can look right down the beach to the west. The sunsets are beautiful. The owner, Patti, is very attentive and friendly. Very happy with this condo and will be renting it again next year!! Thank you Patti for everything!!

This condo has the best view possible of the beach and the bay. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked for any meal that you might want to prepare. The community ammenities are numerous. Very convenient to everything!! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment gorgeous view.
The apartment had everything we were looking for. We felt safe and appreciate that there is security. It was just the perfect size for our family of 4. I loved that the bedrooms had their own bathroom and that the 2nd bedroom had 2 double beds. The beach was quiet and I loved the amenities that were offered (shuffleboard, tennis, basketball and more). The pool was large and heated. It was close to the grocery store. We saw dolphins swimming in the water from our balcony. We would definitely return. It was a beautiful apartment.

Relaxing Condo on Quiet Carillon Beach
We have stayed in Gulfront vacation rentals from Destin to Panama City. Pinnacle Port Resort on Carillon Beach is by far our favorite location for a guaranteed relaxing vacation. This specific condo exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, kitchen utensils dishes glasses and furnishings. The owner and the rental company were responsive to any questions we had.

The perfect place to get away from it all.
This condo was beautiful and had all of the comforts of home. Everything was in working order and the beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we could ask for and the owner provided extra pillows, blankets, a few games, and even food storage containers for leftovers! The view from the balcony was amazing. We sat out every morning with our coffee while watching and listening to the waves and the seabirds. This location is probably one of the best in Pinnacle Port. It is right next to Camp Helen State Park and is the closest building to Philips Inlet which is beautiful and should be visited daily as it changes everyday! The layout of the inlet was always a bit different because of the flow of the water from the gulf and it is just a short walk down the beach. The dock is a wonderful place to fish and catch blue crabs so be sure to bring your fishing license! This condo did not disappoint us in anyway. And this spot on the gulf is so much more than just a stretch of beach. Its quiet and boasts a captivating display of the local wildlife. The ocean is an incredible blue and emerald green and is clear enough to see what's beneath the waves, and not just when looking from above! The sunsets are some of the most magical I have had the pleasure to see and one morning we awoke to a rainbow arching over the waters to the west. Stunning! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that we loved this condo and this location. We will definitely be coming back!

We have stayed dozens of times at Pinnacle Port, this was the nicest of any condo we have ever rented. The condo was decorated to be beachy and fun with everything we needed except our own swimwear! The owner was easy to work with before and after. We will be back ❤️

Best Vacation!
First off the location was perfect. We did not want to be in the busy section of Panama City and this was just what we wanted. Since this condo is the last building in this area it was so private. This was the best part for us. The condo itself was clean, spacious and perfect for a family of 5. The view was amazing. We were not too far from shops and restaurants. And the biggest plus was being in a gated community. If you are looking for a more quiet beach, family friendly area and an amazing views this is your place. We plan on coming back next year.

We have been staying at Pinnacle Port properties for 6 years. C3 is our favorite building. This unit is clean, updated, and the owner gives very detailed instructions on everything. This unit has more than you need. It was a wonderful stay. I would stay here again, or rent any of Patti’s properties.

Nice property with excellent proximity to the beach
Check in and out was very easy, the condo was right on the beach with a very short walk to the beach which was great! We have stayed at pinnacle port before and never had such a close stay to the beach as in this condo. Communication with property owner was easy and accessible. This condo was stocked! There was really nothing that we needed while here so that was a huge plus! Thankfully the air conditioner was fixed for our visit and worked wonderfully. I had 3 small vices that I'd like to note. The wifi was public and we had a hard time connecting at least 2 of the TVs to it. It went in and out frequently as well. Private wifi would be nice, I work remotely and it was near impossible getting a solid work connection. Tile floors would be nice in the bedrooms. The carpet in the bedroom didn't feel the cleanest just due to the dirt, sand and humidity naturally present being on the beach/ocean. The beds and pillows could use updated as well, the pillows and beds were not the most comfortable. However, with that being said... I would stay here again, those 3 small things aren't deal breakers as the rest of the condo and owner were very pleasant to deal with and as I noted earlier the condo had everything you could need.

The condo location was great with an amazing view of the Gulf. The condo was clean and we'll maintained. The beach was a very short walk from the elevator. The setup to cool the condo worked great. The one drawback was that the carpet and the floors seemed damp from all of the moisture in the air. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
