Regency Towers has great amenities at a budget price! Family friendly resort lots to do 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, shuffleboard courts and over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is on the east end of Panama City Beach 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas, deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat jet ski rentals. Many local restaurants nearby J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s, Patches Bar and Grille, and Schooners Open Air Restaurant on the beach.

Sorry No Dogs allowed except service dogs.

Spring Break Ages 18-25 Price shown is for 6 people we will add $125 + tax each for 7th-8th guests. A $300 refundable Security Deposit will be added to the total shown.

Regency Towers Resort$40 Per Condo Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, 1 extra is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

The trip was wonderful! The space was large enough for our family. The bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect for our family. The price was great and the room came with two sets of chairs and umbrella service which was absolutely incredible. Thanks for a wonderful week! Hopefully we will see this adorable place again soon!

Location was great, calmer end of PCB. The condo was beautiful and had everything you need. Quiet and convenient to everything. Will definitely stay here again. The beach chairs were a huge bonus! And so was Bikini Bobs.

Needs update, repair and deep cleaning
Check in process was easy. We arrived w family and a load of groceries. Fridge was not clean and had dried sticky spills... ice maker didn’t work, but thankfully there was a countertop version. The fridge temp regulated wildly so we either had warm drinks or frozen food. Unpacking clothes saw that dresser drawers were flimsy/missing tracks so drawers just fell back and forth when opened/closed. Floors were dirty and vacuum was old and spewed a cloud of filth when used hardly picking up anything. The living room furniture was covered in stains and had flimsy coverings that didn’t stay in place. Kitchen sink backed up the second night there. Made a maintenance call, then another one the next day and finally had it repaired. Two double beds had very worn/sagging mattresses. Master bedroom bed was comfy enough, but poorly sealing window whistled like a tea kettle all night, so we both had to wear earplugs to get rest- and the screen was badly worn..visible mold in both bathrooms and window tracts. The complex amenities were nice- we enjoyed billiards on rainy days, the fitness room, food area, and the beach chairs/umbrellas were a nice perk. The little bait/booze place across the street blasted the national anthem randomly, but was a convenient place to grab bait and the Dollar General was handy for picking up supplies here and there. Our family has visited the lagoon are of PCB several times but this unit was by far the worst rental yet.

Bed was ok, hot water plentiful, nice kitchen pots and pans, cooking was good, flooring was updated, furniture was not comfortable but most are not in these places, all in one laundry takes hours to do a load, not my favorite, walk in shower was great, nice high toilets. Overall stay, was good, location is in quieter area, guarded parking area, beautiful view, ocean front, pools were nice, plenty of seating in the sun.

Great room, great property, amazing staff! This room was clean well stocked, and perfect for us. We have been to RT for 9 years now and we love it. This condo was clean upon arrival.

Perfect location, on the more quiet end of PCB but that was perfect for our family 8! The kids loved the options between 2 pools, Kona ice, the beach right there and game options! Elevators were a little slow but that’s bc one was down, other than that everything was perfect!

Cute Condo w/ Potential.
My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great and view was absolutely beautiful. This condo has been recently renovated and had a modern beach theme. I highly recommend that the owner of this condo hire a new cleaning crew. The guest bathroom had brown/orange stains on walls and it leaked down to sink. The doorways were really dusty and the vents did not seemed to be cleaned regularly. There were broken appliances and furniture that need to be replaced. The beds were probably the worst thing about this condo. They were super springy and worn down. We had to stack multiple comforters in order to give them more cushion.

Escaping the snow and ice
Older building, very nice remodel of the unit we stayed in. Beautiful view. Property was clean, furniture was nice and had lots of kitchen appliances, tools and dishware. 3 nice TV's, all had many channels, including premium channels. Pretty quiet, mostly mature adults. Nice heated pool, workout room, spa, and a fantastic, sugar sand beach

Everything that ppl have said about the black mold is true...the floors needed to be clean...there was a blood stan on the couch...both bathrooms had damage done to them...the ice machine didn't even work..the list goes on...for the amount of money and the time I spend driving there for vacation wasn't worth it ...and the bug spray was unreal...we had to check our things to make sure we didn't have roaches.....

Nice apartment. So-so resort
The apartment was just as listed. Kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything you would need over the week. I would point out the only thing that didn't work correctly was the freeze not very cold, as it kept ice cream almost melting, but it did keep a bag of ice frozen) and the ice maker (did not work at all) . But it was not a big deal for me, so honestly I did not bother to complain about it. On the other hand, the resort is really not that great. It's a huge building (about 400-500 feet wide and it only has three small elevators (two on the sides, once on the center) One of them was broken the whole time we were there (The closest one for us, of course!) The center one broke down quite a bit (about once a day) and the farthest one worked just fine (I guess... We just used it when there was no other option. Since the apartment is on the 5th floor, going up and down the stairs occasionally was really no big deal for me, but a huge deal for part of out party (in their mid-80s). The building is located at the east-end of the city, so the neighborhood is actually pretty quiet and the traffic is nowhere near the craziness of traffic around Pier Park, which was nice. Dealing with the managing business was a breeze, kudos for that. I would not rent this property again, BUT this has NOTHING to do with the apartment itself nor the management office. And just everything to do with the resort itself. I would just not rent an apartment on this resort again.

What an experience
Condo was not clean and up-to-date had roaches smell of mold and mildew in the bedrooms mold in the ceiling in theLiving room. One bedroom smelled like pee. Roaches eating into the wood in the bathroom cabinet. AC did not keep it cold in there. The elevators were impossible to use.Drains around the pool or stopped up and the hot tub was out of order for two days.

I would have given the rating of 0 for accuracy of online listing if I could. The listing states that the bathrooms are newly renovated and no carpet. Yet the bathrooms haven't been updated in about 10 years, and there is dirty carpet in both bedrooms. Both bathrooms have had water damage and there is mold growing where the water damage is. The master bathroom has it the worst, as it has damaged the whole side of the cabinet facing the toilet inside and out. There is also water damage to the ceiling. The second bathroom has water damage too around the wall behind the toilet and a little on the cabinet. When I contacted the rental company, they sent the cleaning crew and they sprayed bleach on the ceiling which just turned the mold to a brown color. There is still mold all around the cabinet and floor behind the toilet. I kept telling the rental company that we should be compensated for not getting what we thought was newly renovated bathrooms, and instead got water damaged bathrooms with mold. They just kept telling me that the cleaning crew cleaned it and wouldn't compensate us for the amount of money we spent thinking we were getting an updated condo and it wasn't. The only thing updated in this condo is the furniture and appliances. I will not be renting from ECDI again.

We really enjoyed our time at Regency Towers for the most part. The elevators are a little slow and went out of order a couple of times. We found it quicker to take the stairs. The condo was great, with the exception of one thing-the housekeeping crew that cleaned it. They didn’t do a very good job of sweeping and mopping the floors, and they left balloons on the floor from the previous guests. We had a few minor maintenance issues, but they were resolved rather quickly. We would stay here again for sure!

Great location and Resort but room needs updates
Regency towers is in a great location with less traffic. The pools, bars, and beach is wonderful. The elevators weren’t bad and parking is great. The room is dated and needs some work and a deep cleaning. When we arrived the door handle was about to fall off and the cleaning crew left coffee in the pot, open peaches container in the trash, the mirrors weren’t clean, and there were several unclean items in the bathrooms. I called and emailed the first day about the door handle, I called again day 2 (spoke to someone each time & they were putting in a ticket with maintenance). I called again day 3 and spoke to someone again. Ticket was put in but nobody ever came to fix it. I was there for 7 days and the door handle was still in the same shape as when I arrived. I asked the front desk if they could help me with it and they advised they didn’t own it so I had to contact the company but again they never came. There was also some damage to the master bathrooms side of the cabinet/floor, & the balcony door is difficult to open and close. It’s on the 5th floor so it’s easy to access via elevators or stairs. I wish the company actually sent someone to fix the door handle while I was there after speaking to them multiple times and the cleaning crew did a better job and I would give it an excellent review even while it’s dated but the food being left, items not being cleaned, and the door made me lower the rating.
