This location is hard to beat, as all of the best attractions are more minutes from your front door. For a beach day, take a short walk to Laguna Beach and collect seashells with a picnic in hand and a new book. When you want a break from the beach, the hustle and bustle of Pier Park is just under four miles away offering unlimited shopping and dining option. Plus, Gulf World and Shipwreck Island Waterpark are both great options if the kiddos have come along!

Small cozy get away!
Cottage is nice for a small family, has just enough space (just 1 bathroom) and is convenient to Thomas Donuts and shopping. Very cozy and cute. The porch is a great space to sit and relax.

The location is great!
The location of this bungalow is great! Love the front porch and lush garden in the front yard. The restroom is super tiny and would have been impossible for four people especially tall men, but thankfully the outdoor shower helped with that. Unfortunately there was no toilet paper when we arrived, so we had to run to carousel for supplies (that’s on Vacasa not owner). Overall, great place to stay within walking distance to the beach! Love Laguna Beach!

Here are the positives 1.Location right down the street from Thomas donuts and beach 2. Kitchen Very nice kitchen sink appliances fridge 3. Parking Plenty of front yard parking Here are the negatives 1. Bathroom Bathroom very very small only one person at a time Shower very small low water pressure 2. Water You can only use one water source at a time Can’t wash clothes and take a shower Can’t wash dishes and use any faucet Outside shower cold water only 3. Grill rusted and unusable 4. TV TV so small cannot enjoy nighttime movie in living room 4. Beds Beds are stiff if you like that then put that under the plus category Overall the size of the house the bathroom the water problems in my opinion this can only accommodate two people at most I would not stay here again

Very nice little place for a couple or small family. 2 tenth's of a mile from the beach. A wonderful ice cream shop and restaurant right at the beach. The outside shower is to die for. It's on the right side of the property. Well stocked kitchen utensils and such. Now, the not so great. The bedrooms have a one inch spacer between the kitchen and the bedroom entrance way. All three of us stubbed our toes on this spacer. (All three of us only stubbed out toe one time) Needs to be leveled up. The plug in's for electrical needs are outdated and most due not have a ground fault hole for three pronged plug in's. A much bigger TV is needed in family room. Plus, both bedrooms need a TV. Only one has a TV. The cleaning person is not doing a great job. We had syrup on some of the washed dishes. No dishwasher in unit. They should leave more garbage bags too. Overall, great little place, very unique and we would consider staying there again. Joe
