This property was exactly as advertised. It was just the right size for my wife and me, was very clean, and, being right on the beach, was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The owner was fantastic to work with! Everything about this condo is first rate! I highly recommend.

Excellent stay. Place was as advertised. Stayed with my wife and two kids very comfortably. Good room on the first floor with bathroom. Kitchen, living room with sofa bed and another full bathroom on second floor. Nice pool. Beach right there on the premises. Easy to check in and out, lots of parking. Close to downtown rosemary beach and many restaurants. Recommended!!

Overall stay was great. Beach access was super close and communication with the owner was good. A couple of issues but was fixed promptly. Condo could use a little updating but our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend.

Quaint Place … Well maintained…
The place is very clean and well kept. The owner is very responsive. Location is great being central to everything yet on its own beach (which was pretty quiet). Things I would want to know and share… if you are over 6’ tall, pay attention on the stairs and don’t plan on using the upstairs shower (the one downstairs in the master is fine for us taller types). The view is fantastic but the peacefulness was spoiled a bit by a noisy pump down below. The owner did EVERYTHING possible to work with the HOA to correct, but they facilities crew didn’t seem to be all that concerned. It was fine if you were inside, just annoying if you sat on the balcony. I would stay anywhere this owner owned, but will need to swing by next time we visit to see if the HOA ever dealt with the pump problem.

A bit disappointed
I’ve stayed at multiple Pinnacle Port properties but this was a little disappointing this time. It has a great view of the ocean right from the balcony and you can’t beat that. Unfortunately we had some cleanliness issues and at one point a pipe disconnected in the kitchen and leaked all over the floor. Seems like management probably needs to pay closer attention to the maintenance and upkeep of the property. If that’s taken care of, it’s really a great space, one bedroom and a pullout couch. Ocean and a gulf view. You can even rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Love the area, very quiet and peaceful!

Very nice condo on 7th floor with great view of ocean on one side and Lake Powell on the other. Had my 8yr old grandson with me. The pool was wonderful and the covered area was great for bad weather and night swimming. Would stay there again!

Anniversary Trip
My husband and I came to PCB to celebrate our third anniversary. This property was absolutely beautiful. We had a hiccup with check-in (not owner’s fault) because Evolve gave us the wrong access code for the door, Lisa (owner) responded to my call and stayed on the phone with me to make sure the code worked. The view of the Gulf from the living room and the view of the lake from the kitchen were beautiful. The views are better in person than the pictures listed. The beach was gorgeous and low-key. This wasn’t mentioned in other reviews, but the condo is in a gated community and they require a parking/entry pass. We didn’t know that but the security was helpful and took care of us. This condo was close to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come again in the future :-)

Clean, cute, and as advertised. The bed was comfortable and so was the pull out! Check-in process was easy, and communication was great. Pinnacle Port is our favorite place to stay in Panama City. This condo is perfect for small families. We would definitely stay again!

Beautifully upgraded condo with great views
On Carillon Beach, a quiet pristine stretch bordering Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park. Big pool, grilling areas, tennis courts. Condo is extremely well equipped, comfortable. There was no communication directly with the property manager, and were referred to the Owner with any questions or concerns. Lisa was quite responsive.

Excellent stay!
We LOVED our stay here, it was our first time at pinnacle port and we will definitely be back, and hope to stay in this condo again! We joined 4 other families and all stayed in building A, since this is in a gated community we felt comfortable letting our teens roam around, they loved the rented bikes! The owner Lisa was in touch with me the day before our trip and responded quickly to my questions and was super friendly. The condo itself is beautifully decorated with a boho beachy feel, and it had two beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for us to use, also had a few amenities I wasn’t expecting like cleaning supplies, tea, coffee and filters, extra soap, etc., I felt at home, and I also liked having two floors so my daughter and I could have our own space when necessary. Highly recommend this property:)
