Family Vacation
The condo was nice but the floors could have bee a lot cleanser not able to walk around without shoes on or your feet would turn black. Kitchen is NOT well stocked for a family of 8 and not kid friendly had to buy plastic forks, spoons and paper plates for the kids to use. The sofa bed could use a new mattress the kids sank to the middle plus very squeaky when they moved.

Enjoyable holiday stay
This property is well maintained and arranged, just perfect for family or 3 adults and 3 teens. It's the best equipped kitchen we've seen in all the rentals we've used over the years. It's ready for entertaining large groups! Lots of storage if you need it for personal belongings. It was nice to have a good view of the Gulf every day as well. The only small drawback is the biker bar across the street with plenty of noisy motorcycles in the early evening, but they were mostly quiet during sleep hours. Our stay here was enjoyable and a very good value for a short notice reservation between Christmas and New Years.

We had a great visit to the area despite the recent hurricane!
The condo was very clean and appointed nicely. The beds were all comfortable with good linens. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the beach. We did not use the kitchen while we were there but it seemed to have everything you would need while staying. The only disappointment was the tennis courts and pool were not functional. Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and would stay there again!

Inexpensive with beautiful view!
I was a little worried by a couple bad reviews but once we got here I loved it! I loved the furniture and decor. The front door did stick but I’ve has that with multiple places I’ve stayed and it wasn’t a big deal. The bathroom door didn’t latch but we just knew do the door was shut then someone was in there. There was 7 of us and that was plenty of room. I was plesntly surprised when i saw they had a complimentary beach wheelchair. I have a son in a wheelchair and this facility worked perfect for us. The bathroom door was a bit small to get his wheelchair all the way in but I was just happy that i was able to take it everywhere else! The view was also breathtaking! The condo is on the side but how the balcony is laid out you still have an amazing view. You just don’t have a sunset view. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to hurricane Michael but Vicassa contacted us and they were wonderful! I would definitely use this company and this condo again!

Regency Towers was great, the condo left something to be desied!
The location and views were fantastic. We enjoyed the ocean and the pool! However, the apartment was in disrepair, dirty, and not well stocked. The plaster in the master bedroom was falling down and the bathroom tiles were discolored! Kitchen utensils in the drawers still had food on them!! Disgusting!! We were asked to do one last dishwasher full of dishes, but they only gave us 2 pods. We were 4 people and needed to do dishes every day (4) that we were there. We had to purchase extra toilet paper and paper towels! My friend tore her knuckle on the front door, which was very difficult to open. I would go back to the same location, but a different condo!!

Nice but....
Let me start by stating the good things about the condo. It was nicely decorated. It was clean. The view was good considering it was on the side. It is on the side where you don't see the sunset. The reason I only gave three stars is because several of the doors would not shut right. No lock on the hall guest bath. No privacy other that the master BR. The front door locked but it's odd. You input a code that then allows the deadbolt to engage. The location is a good ways from the beach entrance and pools. The elevators were slow but that was due to the high tourist time of year. Lots of walking. Overall it was nice and not bad for the money.

July 4th vacation
The beach was amazing. The water was the clearest I have ever seen it. Now for the condo probably the worst we have ever stayed In. Paint chips falling from the ceiling, fridge had leftovers from the renters before us, we had to buy our own towels because we couldn’t get anybody to tell us what we needed to do about it until after the fact of already buying towels. The parking is not the for as big of a resort as it is. You’ll have 2 parking passes but one of them has to park across the road in “ overflow “ parking. We almost got locked Into our room because the front door got stuck to the floor. In the master room where the paint chips were falling , the lamps, the ceiling fan, & some of the wall plugs didn’t work. The smallest bedroom door wouldn’t shut. The last thing, the elevators were RIDICULOUS. We were on the 10th floor & it was faster for us to walk down the stairs to the first floor then back up WITH OUR HANDS FULL OF STUFF then it was to get on the elevator. When you finally got it it stopped at almost every floor going down even if there was nobody waiting to get on.

Great family friendly place to stay!!
We had a great stay at Regency Towers. I really don't have a bad thing to say. Everyone was friendly and very respectful. They have activities for the kids throughout the week and a great Tiki bar between the pools. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the elevators. Sometimes it's a lot faster to walk to the tenth floor instead of waiting for an elevator.

Worst vacation experience
Doors to rooms did not shut and lock, third bedroom was advertised with two beds instead there was one. Mattress on all beds were very hard, air conditioner did not cool well. Everything offered at the condo had a cost, parking, activities such as water slides were not included in the stay, would not recommend this unit

Overpriced for the quality of property
Problems with garbage disposal first two days. Floors were dirty and gross. No garbage bags in the unit. Mold in bathroom. Place smells like wet dog. Very high up off the ground 12th floor. I wouldn't rent it again.

Wonderful trip
We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The unit is absolutely beautiful! The amenities are amazing. Short walk to the beach. We ate dinner twice at the restaurant by the pool the food was amazing and so cheap! We will definitely be back
