Tämä kauniilla paikalla sijaitseva täysin kalustettu huoneisto on vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä laajasta valikoimasta baareja ja ravintoloita, jotka palvelevat kaikkia makuja ja kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä mereltä. Parveke uima-altaalta. Tervetuliaispakkaus on saatavana pyynnöstä peruselintarvikkeille. Jos sinulla on pieniä lapsia, sinulle voidaan tilata pinnasänky tai syöttötuoli saapuessasi. Closely located to historic center and sea boardwalk
Spacious apartment that is ideally situated between Kato Paphos and the historic centre. It was clean but not fully equipped. The kitchen was well equipped with most necessary utensils, however, consumables were in short supply and could be bought up front but it did feel cheap.

Superb Apartment
We had a really great stay in Bob’s apartment! It is exceptionally comfortable and very tastefully decorated and accessorised. Definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in - and we have stayed in a lot! If you are looking for a quality apartment in Paphos, then this is the one for you!

Perfect Paphos…!
Property delivered exactly what we were after. For a family of four, with two under 7, it gave us the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sights of Paphos. As we arrived at night in darkness, we struggled to find the property as not sign not overly clear, but got there in the end (this has nothing to do with Bob and his property), just flagging our experience. The property itself was clean, well equipped and the aircon was so required in the August heat, like a fridge! Location was also fantastic, a few minute walk to some fantastic restaurants and bars, about 15 minutes from the beach and 25 minutes walk to the harbour (or 5 mins and 10 Euros in a taxi). The pool was small but as expected for a small complex, but most days was limited to us and one other family, so nice and quiet. If you are looking for a car and Nestor does not have availability, walk towards Tramps and about half way down on the left is a family car rental place, very helpful and good value (€100 for three days, last minute). A few highlights for us that we thought worthy of sharing:- - Coral Bay, a beautiful beach - Aphrodite Waterpark is a must if you have kids (or even without) - A few of our favourite restaurants (Fat Mamas, Dias Zeus, Three Pigs and Tea for Two and The Kingfisher). - The Harbour, great buzz. We ate here (Sail at Castle), food ok, pricey for quality of food (€32 for Lamb Kebab and Chips) - Walk between the apartment and Harbour All in all, a lovely stay.

Logement bien agencé et arrivée flexible et autonome très agréable. Bonne communication avec l'hôte jusqu'à notre demande de départ tardif restée sans réponses. Dan le detail, les timer sur les climatisations sont très contraignants pour les nuits, il y a beaucoup de bruit (voisins du dessus et chiens aboyants toutes les nuits), il n'y a pas de volets ni de rideaux donc le réveil est très matinal. Piscine sale le dimanche et HS (eau verte) à partir du mercredi suite a problème technique donc on a pu en profiter juste le lundi. Emplacement bien pour les courses (10 min kings avenue mall et 20 min lidl), 30 min a pieds de Vénus beach et 35 min du port. Parking privé sur place avec barrière de sécurité.

Great apartment
Great stay but swimming pool was out of operation due to faulty pump maintenance came a few times to fix, on our last day fixed and cleaned pool but told us not to use until next day as needed to check the water the next morning!! Apartment lovely and had everything you need only gripe could not open bedroom or bathroom window as trees sweeping across them and did not want any insects coming in. Loved the area less than 5 minutes walk to tramps bar and restaurant and bus station just past that to take you to harbour, old town or coral bay which was fantastic.

Great stay in Paphos
Lots to like about this apartment. All as described in listing, clean and comfortable (would have preferred a king sized bed but I am 6'3). Great location, nice quiet pool. Lots of very good and reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance. We hired a car for the trip, but it is not essential as close bus stops and bike hire. We definitely recommend this property.

Well presented and clean apartment
Lovely clean apartment with comfy beds. Small but well presented complex with a pool. Lots of sunbeds for your own personal use and chairs to take to the beach should you wish.

Spacious and clean apartment
Apartment as expected, clean and spacious although did suffer with insect infestation on arrival partly due to battery candles being left on attracting them. Only issues we had were difficulty finding apt in dark as could not see name of it by entrance and there was a barrier across car park. Luckily found someone who gave us the code to get in. We liked the situation as able to walk to restaurants but noisy with traffic and barking dogs at night.

Lovely apartment just off the main strip. Easy access to beach and local buses. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Used the swimming pool daily - we were the only ones to use it. Welcome balcony to sit out on in the heat of the day. Well equipped with everything we needed.

Lovely and well located apartment
We had a fantastic family holiday! We picked this location so we wouldn’t need to hire a car, and it was perfect. Location is 20 min walk to harbour area or to the old town (both great areas in the evening). There was a bus from the end of the road that takes you to the very best beach (Coral Bay). The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, there is a lovely pool and often nobody else using it so it felt like our very own. The owner has a little lock-up with inflatables, chairs, sun loungers, even buckets and spades if you need them. I would highly recommend this apartment to a family planning a visit to Paphos!!

I found the description matched what we found on our stay , except there was more kitchen equipment which was helpful . Plus the coke bag & blocks was very useful. I would book it again and Bob was very quick to answer any questions likewise the in courts help when we had an issue with safe not unlocking Thanks Bob would advise anyone to book who looking to stay in paphis

Lovely apartment with everything that we needed.
We had a brilliant week, the apartment was lovely with great facilities including a good tv (with uk satellite tv channels), air conditioning in each room, very well equipped kitchen, nice balcony, beautiful shared pool and private parking for our rental car. Pretty much everything we could have asked for in this location.

Lovely apartment,everything you could need including aircon&ceiling fans,even got a ceiling fan on the balcony nice touch.Nice pool area,if you like quiet its great,got the pool to ourselves most of the time. Very good communication with the owner Bob.Would we stay here again most definitely yes.Next time we come to Cypress if available we will book again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, il est spacieux, bien décoré et proche de toutes commodités . Le seul petit bémol pour nous a été qu'il y avait pas mal de bruit la nuit (chien, poubelle,,,) mais je recommande cet appartement. Mélanie et Cédric
