There are several taverns nearby, as well as Cypriot cafés, supermarkets, banks and pubs.

A perfect place to getaway from it all: A perfect place to getaway from it all!: If you want a quiet place to stay, away from all the noise of the bars and discos, and like to explore your holiday destination by car or bike then the Park View Apartments are just what you need. Its a great apartment to come back to at the end of a day's exploring but also a great base from which to head out of in the morning. Paphos, Polis, the Akamas peninsula and the Troodos mountains are all easy to get to from Peyia as well as passage into the Northern part of the island which was previously prohibited. There is a bus service from Peyia village to Coral Bay and on the Paphos. However, a car is definitely recommended. Peyia itself has 2 supermarkets, one of which sells everything you can think of. There are also several banks with ATMs around the village alongside several great tavernas. If you love Cypriot food then you will love Peyia.

A stylish modern apartment to relax in: The apartment is newly built and furnished in a modern style. The layout is perfect so that the lounge easily becomes a second bedroom at night without disturbing already sleeping guests. There is a covered parking space - great for those hot days, which are plentiful - and you can access the apartment from a ground level or from the top level! Family friendly, the apartment comes with a travel cot. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and linen prepared before your arrival and you may request extra cleans during the week at an extra cost. No need to bring bulky towels - except your beach towel of course - as these are provided for all guests.

Not just a summer resort: Cyprus has on average 326 days of sunshine a year so its not just a place to visit in the Summer. November to February is generally when it rains but this is the perfect time to come if you like a bit of skiing. Mount Olympus is about an hour's drive away in the Troodos mountains and its great to be able to go skiing in the morning and sunbathing in the afternoon. June, July and August are the really hot and humid months with April, May, September and October being a lot more pleasant. Easter and the beginning of January are great times to be in Peyia as this is when some of the biggest Greek Orthodox festivals happen lending a carnival atmosphere to the village. Unlike some Mediterranean countries Cyprus does not completely 'close up' during the Winter so you can always expect plenty of bars and tavernas open all year round.

The apartment was spotlessly clean had everything in it you could need was in a good location not far from the village centre where buses run regularly there is a pool you can use and when we were there it wasn’t busy and some days we had it all to ourselves all in all a great place for a relaxing holiday

Lovely apartment - superb facilities - great location
The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. It’s well laid out with superb views. The sun hits the balcony decking around midday and is there until its sets. The apartment itself has all the facilities you would ever need. The internet and tv package was exceptional, and with a giant fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a hot and powerful shower, quiet and efficient air con; all this enhanced our holiday. Communication with the owner was swift and easy through the app. 10/10 from us and we will stay again.

Was a lovely one bedroom apartment, views were stunning. Had everything you could need for a break away…. Stayed here for 29 nights and kitchen had all utensils and dishes required for preparing a meal if you wanted to rather than always eating out. Had to contact manager for a couple of queries and all answered and dealt with extremely quickly and resolved. Only suggestion is to put the actual street name in google maps as the co-ordinates provided took us 1 mile away and as it was 1am in the morning we felt a wee bit stressed as didn’t want to disturb anyone at that time…. We eventually got there and not disappointed.

This is a lovely apartment well equipped with all one could need for an enjoyable holiday. The balcony is the high spot with full sun from mid morning to sundown and great views over Peyia and Coral Bay and out to sea. Even in March the sun brolly came into use. Would regard a car as an essential. Excellent communication from property manager Aimee advising of scheduled local power outage and updated wi-fi login details. Local supermarket has absolutely everything at reasonable prices and there is a Lidl on the way into Paphos. Will certainly be looking to book again next year for our regular holiday to Cyprus

The apartment met our expectations, with lovely views over valley and sea. Suitably furnished with well equipped kitchen and balcony with reclining sunbeds. The apartment management were attentive to enquiries. We stayed during a heatwave, and the air-conditioning worked as hoped. The apartment is close enough to the village supermarket that we were able to walk there for provisions, as were the village restaurants etc. We would certainly consider booking with this same provider should we be visiting this area in the future.

A Great Apartment
This apartment was very clean and so well equipped in every detail. The views from the balcony were so beautiful and seem to change every day, the Sunsets and Sunrises were beautiful to say the least. You do need a car to get to the shops and beyond. The management team were always on hand if you needed any help or information. I would recommend this apartment for a long stay as we did.

Lovely apartment
Stayed here for 2 weeks very last minute to help my Gran move back to the UK. The communication was excellent, the manager Mel was really helpful and made sure we could check in last minute and allowed us to book for an extra week. The apartment has a lovely patio and the kitchen is great with a full fridge freezer ideal for longer stays.

Nice one bedroom apartment
I spent two months in the apartment and it was like 'home from home'. The owners are great and they have a local agent who is there to help should you need anything. The apartment has everything you need from a microwave to washer machine and even a hair dryer. The views are great and the neighbours were lovely. You can walk into Peyia village centre within 10 minutes where you'll find a selection of bars and places to eat. There is a bus service in Peyia centre but I had a car so didn't use it. You'll find Coral Bay five minutes away by car. I can recommend joining the spa/gym at the Coral Beach Hotel in Coral Bay. It is currently 65 euros a month for the whole spa, gym, tennis, squash, table tennis, snooker etc, and you can use the 5 star facilities at the hotel if you fancy sunbathing, swimming or even training in the islands only olympic size pool. You'll also get 20% of any purchases at the hotel with your spa/gym membership. Peyia is a great place with plenty of people who love to talk. It was my third year there and I'll be back again next year.

Fantastic view
The view from the apartment is stunning and the area was very quiet and peaceful when we went in early October. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed for our weeks stay. The only minor problem we encountered was the lack of a base for the parasol which made it almost impossible to use it for shade on the balcony which was important as it was very hot at times. We improvised by tying the parasol to the balcony rail with a strap which enabled us to get some shade. A car is a must and enabled us to visit lots of lovely villages and the Troodos mountains which are beautiful.

An excellent apartment and base in Peyia, with the best view. Just book you won’t regret it.
We rented the apartment for two weeks from the 27th August. We arrived late but found the address relatively easily. The apartment was brilliant and met all our needs. It had all the mod cons, was very comfortable and a joy to come back to everyday. Just to enjoy the patio, peacefulness and view. It really does have everything you need for a great self catering holiday. Including some helpful parasols and beach items. The communal pool was great and very clean. It is down 100 steps but this just improves your fitness. For those who have mobility issues you could drive down to the lower car park and walk up 15 steps instead. When we were there it was so quiet and on the two days we used the pool, we almost had sole use all day. You need a rental car for this apartment really. It is close to Peyia village centre so you can walk up and down hill for ten minutes to the supermarket, which has literally everything you could want and is reasonably priced. A larger supermarket is 10 minutes away in Coral Bay. There are also lots of restaurants. We used Peyia as a base. It is a beautiful area and visited many areas of western Cyprus including, Polis, Latsi, Akamas, Aphrodite’s rock, Limassol, Paphos, Troodos mountains. We walked in six different places in Troodos, around Pafos and on the Latsi side of the Akamas. It was absolutely beautiful. Great location with wonderful views over Peyia and Coral bay. Decent size balcony. Apartment had everything you need for holiday. Couple of niggly things like TV signal not great but your not on holiday to watch tv, sun lounger ripped cover. Any issues promptly dealt with onsite by Max, who also directed us to apartment late at night when we got bit lost !A cool box or bag would be great as it was hot in April can only imagine what it will be like in proper summer. Managed to get late check out which was greatly appreciated as flight was at 9.30 pm .
