Great quiet stay

Very charming, clean, remodeled hotel off the beaten path. Was able to check in early, which coming off an international flight is a mercy, and the concierge is very nice. Great shower, hot water, and elbow room. Heated bathroom floor, blackout curtains. Grocery store and kebab stand right outside. Tram T3 stops right outside the hotel. I haven’t been to Paris for at least a decade, but this hotel was a great find. Would definitely stay here again. Solo female traveler.

I would have given more stars due to our actual stay was very pleasant. However things went missing in our room which I enquired about and never had a response for. They were given an opportunity to help our situation and we were ignored so therefore I sadly wouldn’t recommend.

Very cramped but clean with comfy beds...

Space is VERY cramped even for 2 in the room. No walking space. Thank goodness we were out from sunrise till late. Only shower and sleep. Beds and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was good size... warm flooring, hot water, great toiletries and soft large towels.

The room itself is ok, despite no phone, no door lock, no sound insulation - a/c works like magic, the shower hot water is instant, and the people that work there are lovely. However, with dance music blasting in the hotel, people sleeping in the lobby, and drug deals taking place outside the hotel room windows, it was not the most comfortable stay, to say the least.

Avoid at all costs

Not the best location, very expensive for what you get. As a family of 3 we were put in room 601 which I presume was a ground floor cupboard converted to a bedroom and charged the earth for it !!! It wasn't big enough for a single bed let alone a double and a single. You couldn't sit on the toilet as your legs hit the wall in front so you had to sit on a 45 degree angle !!! We had very very noisy neighbours the 1st night and the hotel didn't do anything to help. AirCon unit made a lot of noise throughout the night. Our room was right next to the lift and it made a horrid noise up to approx 3am and then started at 6am so at least we could get 3hrs sleep a room. The window was opaque so we didn't have a view. The window opened onto a parking spot for local youths with mopeds and music blaring. I would not recommend or return, sorry. If I could get a full refund I would still feel cheated.

Low customer focus

It was a surprise to come at the hotel which was under construction without any prior notification from hotel side. The reception looked messy, elevator didn't work and so did the room entrance card. Nevertheless staff at the reception looked relaxed. A room itself wasn't bad, but a hotel is located close to the street with intensive traffic, so it was quite noisy.
