We had a negative interaction with a younger gentleman the last day of our stay. He was very rude and did not portray decent customer service. Our first 2 days were phenomenal. However, impressions with that particular gentlemen is why my original 5 stars turned into 3. I will not go back.

Nice hotel especially for the price. I liked the location. I loved that there is a couple bakeries within a few feet. It felt safe to walk around during the day. Staff wasn't very friendly, but you are in Paris...room was very small, but we only were there to sleep so not a big deal for us. Shower was nice and warm and there was an elevator! Overall I would recommend based on the location and cleanliness of the room.

The hotel was very reasonably priced for a weekend in Paris. The area is more residential, but easy access to all the sites of Paris. Nice little cafes, good restaurants and beautiful Parc Monceau nearby. The hotel rooms are very small, but everything was clean and bathrooms are modern. The only negative is the walls are the thin, and we heard a lot of noise from the hallway and neighbours!
