The room was very small and the carpeting was old and dirty. The walls were so thin I could hear a man snoring in one room and the opposing room’s TV blaring all night. The mattress was caved in in the middle, too.

It was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed in, but not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The bathroom was strange, and the decor was all over the place. More than anything, they charge an extra 3€ fee that they do not show during booking. They call this a reservation fee which is nonsense, but I was too busy and ready to leave to contest the fee.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Completely disregarded us and did absolutely nothing to accommodate us. Didn’t give us an extra blanket (we were short one right from the beginning), took away our wifi (not sure why) and the ac is controlled from the lobby? At least 30 minute scooter ride from anywhere notable in Paris. Do not stay here.

My brother booked the same as me, he paid $370 for two nights three days, and they charged me $720, because I brought my 17-year-old daughter. They were very rude. They did not take out the garbage from our rooms, nor was there cleaning.

Worth the Price

The stay was nice. We needed a hotel last minute and the prices seemed fair. There was AC which is not always a given with Paris hotels. There are cafes and shops near by that we frequented in the morning. The service was very attentive. Any time we called down to the front desk or interacted with the front desk we were met with pleasant assistance. I would recommend staying here.

Clean & Comfy

We needed a place to sleep the night before heading to the Orly airport. The hotel is in a lovely area, very walkable & not touristy at all. The hotel itself isn’t the newest & the room was quite small, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

We paid all taxes and extra fees online with this booking. Hotels.com told us everything was taken care of, but the hotel charged us for tax a second time. Whenever there will be extra tax, Hotels.com informs you ahead of time, so this was clearly the hotel taking advantage of the tourist. I would not recommend.

I loved everything about this sweet cozy little place. I spent a week here and the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The breakfast was delightful. My room had a lovely tub and the hot water was nice and hot! I would definitely stay here again. The metro is very close and there are some nice restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.

Adequate - but once was enough

The hotel was adequate, but no more than that. The entrance is shabby and the receptionist was scruffy and disinterested. The room was OK, but small and dark, with paper-thin walls so I could hear the conversation in the room next door (and someone's TV from the floor above). Wifi? Forget it. The shower drain was blocked, so water ran over the sill and flooded the tiny bathroom. I reported it to reception but when I showered again that evening, the same problem recurred. Evidently nothing had been done. The only saving grace was the very close proximity to Porte d'Orleans metro. Apart from that, there is no other reason to stay at this hotel.

Overall great hotel, The only one thing needs to improve is breakfast choose. it was very comfortable hotel and good location for everything, staffs were very friendly as well. If I go to Paris again I would stay here.
