2. 5 makuuhuonetta, 2. 5 kylpyhuonetta, 6 vierasta, 1300 m², hissi, ilmastointi, etelään päin jalankulkualueella.

Tämä 1300 neliöjalan äskettäin uusittu asunto on modernin rakennuksen vieressä modernin taiteen museon (Pompidou keskusta) vieressä, korkealla kerroksella, etelään päin. Kaikki ikkunat ovat kaksinkertaiset ja äänieristetyt (vaikkakaan tämä kävelyalue ei ole kovinkaan melua!).

2 makuuhuonetta king size-vuoteella sekä yksi iso vuodesohva tarjoavat majoitusta 6 hengelle.

Koko paikka on täysin uudistettu arkkitehti.

Se on hissi ja kattohuoneisto 1000 neliömetriä grilli, pitkät tuolit, pöydät, kukat jne. Jne ....

Kesän ajan on asennettu ilmastointilaite ja talvella on keskuslämmitys.

Internet WiFi: n kanssa on varustettu 30 Mt nopeudella; UHD-televisiossa on yli 200 televisiokanavaa, joista pääsee Amazon Prime -elokuville ja -sarjoille, mukaan lukien Netflix. Olohuoneessa on äänijärjestelmä.

Keittiössä on mikroaaltouuni, grilli, uuni, jääkaappi, pakastin, astianpesukone, vaatteiden pesukone / kuivausrumpu, silitysrauta ja espressokeitin sekä kahviautomaatin lisäksi.

Olohuoneessa on suuri pöytä, johon mahtuu vähintään 6 henkeä ja parveke.

On kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja erillinen wc-alue.

Isossa kylpyhuoneessa on suuri suihku, kylpyamme ja iso pesuallas, jossa on varastointi.
Tämä huoneisto on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Pompidou-keskus. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja poreammeen.

Excellent Location!

Marcello’s place is perfectly located, walkable to many of the amazing places Paris has to offer. Marcello is readily available as needs arise and even arranged our transport to the airport upon departure. Additionally, groceries, cafes, and pharmacies very near by. It is a large unit with room for 6 comfortably, with the master bedroom boasting a king size bed. A rooftop garden, fully equipped kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, makes it a lovely location for families. I highly recommend this VRBO location.

The Best! So Cozy!

Our family had an amazing time at Marcello’s place. The lift and stairs were very easy to access and the flat was so cozy that we immediately felt right at home. The king bed in the open downstairs master was so comfortable! Our sons had their own spaces that were made up for them on very comfy beds and loved relaxing in the open kitchen area. The neighborhood is in a pedestrian area, which is fun to walk around. I would highly recommend! Marcello met us to help show us how to enter the flat and how to work everything when we arrived and also met us early in the morning when we headed out to our next destination. Best host I have had!

Perfect location in an amazing apartment!

We are a family of 5 traveling with our 3 teenagers so the apt was perfect for us and everyone had space to spread out. One of our children uses a wheelchair and the apartment was also ideal for that as plenty of open space for him to move around. Access to the elevator was very easy and fit his chair no problem! Just as all the reviews say, Marcello is so easy to work with and helped coordinate transportation from the train station as well as for the airport.The bakery around the corner is delicious and we enjoyed warm baguettes and croissants each morning.Hope to visit Paris again soon and when we do we will definitely stay here again!

The host was very communicative, attentive, and accommodating before, during, AND after our stay. Apartment: - The primary bedroom does not have an actual wall or door (this was OK with us). - The kitchen was fully furnished and the refrigerator was spacious. Location: - The apartment was located very close to a metro station so traveling through Paris was easy (you do need to learn which trains stop where and when you need to switch trains). - There are so many restaurant options nearby. - There is a grocery store a few minutes away so it was easy to buy groceries, water, etc. and walk back to the apartment.

We found the property to be in a fabulous location!! Mere steps to the Metro and fantastic restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was clean and the interior design was eclectic. Marcello was a very responsive host and had plenty of recommendations for restaurants.

Great Place and Location

What a perfect spot to be in Paris. Loved all the walking only streets that were full of restaurants/bakeries. You can walk to many places in 20-30 minutes. Marcello is amazing to work with. He meet us at the apartment and explained how everything worked. He arranged for transportation to the airport for a group of 4 which is not easy to do, especially early in the morning. He even came to the apartment to see us off. We were in need of medical services and he provided contact information for an English doctor...so appreciated his concern and assistance. The terrace is a beautiful place!

Best Location, Best Host

Ample space in a great location with many restaurants, groceries and shopping with easy access to the Metro. Rooftop garden was wonderful after a busy day. One thing to be mindful of though was the total lack of privacy/ soundproofing in the master bedroom. The screen is completely see through to the kitchen so if you don’t all get up at the same time that’s a problem. If you’re all family then this may not be an issue for you. Marcello is a fantastic host. He responds quickly and is very helpful arranging transportation to from the airport or train station.

Perfect Apartment - Perfect Location

Marcello was a great host! There was great communication, he met us on arrival, having arranged transport from the airport, and checked in periodically to make sure everything was great, and we wanted for nothing. The outside terrace was unique and unusual for apartments in Paris and since the weather was so nice, it was our go-to place. We even hosted a cocktail party for family and friends! Coffee and croissant in the morning was perfect. He met us on departure and again, arranged a ride from the apartment to the airport. The apartment could not have been in a better area! Not only was it in the center of things, it was cemetery quiet as it was located on a pedestrian only area, so no outside noise. Being right in the Marais was perfect as we walked, literally everywhere, clocking 6 miles per day, but tons to do around the area. I would definitely go back again for these longer stays. Thank you for sharing your wonderful apartment with us. The apartment was completely furnished and had all we needed for our 10 day stay, with maps and recommendations for things to do, Metro maps, activities and restaurants. Wifi was included and worked perfectly on our phones, though I could not get it on my laptop for some bizarre reason. TVs included access to all the major streaming services as well as BBC and all the normal broadcast stations. Kitchen was fully equipped, and was utilized throughout. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday! Loved it!!

Perfect Olympic home base

Beautiful space, exquisite outdoor patio, in the Marais, quiet, convenient. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we are in Paris. Location could not be beat for using the train/Metro system. Great restaurants in a very lively neighborhood. And a very gracious host who made it easy for us to have a great experience.

A stopover in Paris

This apartment is an oasis of calm in the bustling Marais. One minute you are in a street filled with pubs and restaurants, then you turn a corner and you are in a quiet square with a discreet door that leads into the apartment building. Inside, all is quiet. Quite remarkable. You can tell Marcello renovated this spacious duplex with love, with quality fittings throughout. We appreciated the lush rooftop terrace (what a luxury!), having 2.5 bathrooms, the ability to walk everywhere, and ready access to restaurants and supermarkets. The Pompidou Centre is about 100m away, so please visit before it closes for a five-year renovation. Also, be aware that only one bedroom has a door, which was fine for our family of four. Everyone got their own space and our son said the sofa bed in the mezzanine was very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay. Marcello helped us with organising transfers to and from the airport, and his file of recommended restaurants and cafés in the area was very useful. This apartment is a rare find. PS Guests are requested to do laundry during the day, so use the timer to arrive home to freshly washed clothes or you can hang up the wash after breakfast.

Marcello is an excellent host and the apartment was wonderful! We particularly liked that both bedrooms were on the main floor, but we spent most of the time on the enormous terrace! What a great stay! Highly recommend.

Beautiful week walking Paris

We just spent over a week in this gorgeous rooftop apartment. It was the perfect home base for wandering and exploring the streets of Paris. It was located in a lively and safe neighborhood close to delicious bistros and lovely shopping, and incredible museums, both Art and Historical. Cabs and Ubers were easily and readily available. Family who reside in Switzerland met us there for a beautiful reunion. The personal space and beautifully landscaped rooftop patio made it the perfect place for two couples to spend the week. We are looking forward to more vacations there in years to come. Thank you to Marcello for your hospitality and especially for sharing your beautiful home.

Fantastic!

We stayed nearly two weeks over Christmas and the New Year at Marcello’s beautiful apartment in the Marais and everything was great. Marcello is the most responsive and helpful host we have ever encountered with VRBO. He arranged private car airport service for us, met us upon arrival at the drop off point on Rue Saint Martin and came on our day of departure to help with our luggage. We have, historically, stayed in the 6th or 7th arrondissement but really enjoyed the Marais. The apartment is an easy walk to many fine restaurants and, also, to the Metro. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning!
