Located on the 10th floor with elevator of a quiet and secure private residence. The living room opens onto a balcony offering a panoramic view of the national forest of Saint-Germain-en-Laye. You will be seduced by its calm and the quality of its equipment. Ideal for a couple, possibility of a child under 4 years old.
The apartment is a 1-minute walk from Rueil-Malmaison RER A station, which takes you in 15 minutes to central Paris and in an hour to Disneyland Paris. A shopping center is a stone's throw away with a supermarket, many shops and restaurants.
Having no parking space, you can park on the public road where there are still free spaces or in one of the two Indigo car parks opposite the apartment, € 13.5 for 24 hours.
It is a high-end accommodation, refurbished, equipped with a fiber connection which will give you as much comfort as at home. The Convertible sofa -Made in Italy- has a comfortable 140x195 mattress.
