KBM Resorts is proud to represent this charming 1-bedroom, 2-bath Copperbottom Inn. This mountain retreat is perfect for a couple or small family or, if renting several of our 9 units, for groups traveling together. Enjoy a good book and snuggle into a blanket next to the crackling wood fireplace. This unit comes with a Free-Standing A/C in the living room.

Within this upgraded, 600-square-foot residence, your family will feel right at home, with all the comforts one would expect. Guests enjoy access to a common hot tub and sauna on-site. Indoor Common Hot tub (Open June - September and December - April 15). The condo sleeps 2 in beds, 3 with sofabed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)

PETS: No Pets Allowed, HOA Regulations

Kitchen: Start your day in the boutique-size kitchenette with all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury vacation rental. Your kitchenette also features a small stainless oven and dishwasher. There is a table set for three.

Living: After an active day playing golf, mountain biking, or skiing/boarding, come home and relax in the comfy family room and relax by the crackling wood fireplace.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private deck, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub.

Bathrooms: There is an additional bathroom with a dual bathtub and shower.

There is a sofa bed in the living room (not to exceed 70lbs). Please do not exceed the sleeping capacity of 4 in this property.

Parking: One parking space outside is available, but with just steps to the free city-wide shuttle, transportation is a snap.

Location:The Copperbottom Inn is ideally located for shopping, dining and exploring Park City Mountain. A Starbucks and Fresh Market are right around the corner.

Wifi and Entertainment: Your complimentary entertainment package in your condo includes free Wi-Fi and cable TV channels.

Laundry: This property features an in-suite stackable washer and dryer with a complimentary start-up supply of laundry detergent for your convenience.

Perfectly located, Copperbottom Inn is just a walk away from sport stores, Starbucks, grocery store, and Park City Mountain Resorts. These one-bedroom two bathroom condos with a full kitchen and crackling wood fireplace means a perfect get-away. Free parking or take advantage of the free city-wide shuttle to get you to Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, or to your favorite restaurant. While this property does not have A/C, fans have been provided.

Lighting was awful. Dark as a tomb. Humidifier had mold inside it. Washing machine filters completely clogged. Chimney smoke (we never used fireplace) came into unit making it hard to breathe-we actually called the fire department who came immediately because customer service blew us off and did nothing. No instructions for TV which had three controllers. Wifi went off line repeatedly further making TV useless. I would never use this facility again.

Good location, needs updating
Location is safe and convenient to Park City & Deer Valley. Unit was clean, well stocked, we appreciated having a humidifier to use, and we enjoyed hot tub in complex basement. We were however, smoked out multiple evenings from the neighbors’ burning fireplaces. Something needs to be done to address the ventilation system besides opening the windows on a cold evening. The smile and smell was intense. (Yes, our fireplace damper was closed!) The unit also needs to be updated - please remove the old carpet & replace with luxury vinyl flooring, brighten walls and update furnishings and lamps.

Good option close to the lifts
We booked this condo last minute for a short getaway to Park City without our kids. It was an 8-10 minute walk to the lifts (perfect, as we left our gear at Aloha rentals right at the base- might be more challenging in ski boots). The condo was a perfect fit for us and close to town, and quiet. The hot tub downstairs was up and running again, which was a nice surprise. Would definitely return!

Perfect little spot for a ski trip!
This apartment was perfect for a ski trip with my husband. It's actually bigger in person and there are two full bathrooms which is an added bonus. Nice little touches like well stocked firewood and bathroom necessities! It's an 8 minute walk to the Park City lifts. Property Manager was easy to reach and quick to respond to our needs. I would definitely stay here again!
