**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
This newly renovated Silver Cliff Village condo is in beautiful Old Town, Park City, Utah. Conveniently located across from Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in North America. Walking distance to the restaurants and shopping of downtown Park City. Owner provides a ski locker for guests at the Park City Mountain Resort.

Welcome to this newly renovated (1880 square feet) top level 2 story loft condo with views of Park city and Deer Valley. This amazing space sleeps 10 in private bedrooms so no one is on a sleeper pull out couch in the main living area. This roomy unit also boasts all new furniture, top of the line mattresses, & cozy linens that create luxurious sleeping accommodations. The Master bedroom has a King bed with en-suite and plenty of storage. There is also a sleeper sofa. The upstairs bedroom has two queen beds and an accompanying en-suite bathroom. The third sleeping area is off the living room & is closed off by barn doors for privacy. This area is multipurpose during the day and transforms into an office, additional seating area or kids play area.

The Home lives like a single family and is perfectly appointed for a larger gathering for 2-3 families, up to 3 couples or a relaxing girls or guys weekend. High speed internet service for this unit- 1000mb per second, 3 smart TV's and Sonos system bring all the tech comforts of home to your vacation. The living room provides great space for a large group to enjoy cooking, movies, and is also stocked with several family favorite games. Sore muscles after a long day of skiing can be refreshed in 2 hot tubs on the premises. There is elevator access to the building and heated indoor parking.

**GETTING AROUND**

The free Park City Bus service can take you anywhere you need to go within minutes, or you can take an easy walk to the Fresh Market grocery store, the State Liquor store, all the restaurants and shopping on Main Street, and don't forget, the resort is literally across the street. An eight minute walk in ski boots brings you access to five different ski lifts. The Deer Valley ski resort is 15 a minute bus ride away and the Canyons base is ten.

Family ski vacation
Great location, just a short walk across the parking lot at the base of Park City mountain. Nicely-updated condo with plenty of room for our family of 4 adults. We especially appreciated use of the season ski locker at the Legacy Lodge.

Great location. Parking garage below, out of the elements was wonderful. Easy access to slopes, bus stop, even walking to main street is only 15 min. Great unit for our family of 5. All cooking accesories available for our needs. Highly recommend.

Best location for skiing Park City Mountain.
This was our first trip to PC. The location is very convenient to the PC mountain, I actually don’t think it could be better. Couple tips for the people going for the first time: rent gear at the mountain, find valet for all your gear and boots at the mountain. We rented gear on the PC Mountain website where we bought lift tickets, then picked up valet at Aloha ski gear at the base of the lift, that’s the best way to stay comfortable and not lug all your gear. Also, no need to make reservations at all the restaurants in the Main Street area, we did a combination of reservations and walk up, and ate at all the restaurants we wanted. Next time no Resy or any other pre booked restaurants, lots of people don’t show same day and there are plenty of great places to eat. We walked to dinner each night, about 10min, and I’d do it again or take the shuttle that runs up and down the street.

Park City paradise
Stayed with 7 family members and friends ranging from 14yrs to 57yrs old. Plenty of room to sleep 7. Felt spacious and had all the needed amenities. Laundry room/mud room was great. All instructions perfect. Having two lockers to keep ski, snowboard equipment at Jackson's base camp was clutch. Wish we had rented the equipment right next door (next time we will). Short walk to and from lockers was easy... uphill to begin day and down hill at end of day yay! Ski out from Jackson's base camp area to 3 kings lift... then down to payday lift and up the mountain you go... no walking in ski boots or carrying skiis etc., Really enjoyed this stay and we have been to park city often! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.
