Sitting within walking distance to essentials like the supermarket, banks, fun stops like restaurants, shopping, snd Starbucks, you will be mere minutes from anything you need. Just a short drive from historic Main Street, you can easily access all skiing areas like Canyons Village, Park City Mountain Resort, and world-famous Deer Valley. The Basin Recreation Field House is a two-minute walk from your rental and offers a fitness room, pool, indoor soccer field, and drop-in classes, all for a minimal fee. Visit the Utah Olympic Park for summer and wintertime fun for the whole family, just two miles away. The property was almost as expected. However, there were zero condiments in the unit (e.g., salt and pepper). It was a bit hard to regulate the temperature in the unit. The pillows should not be used and replaced. Lastly, the faucet in the left sink in the MB needs servicing.

Great location…not so clean.
This property is located close to restaurants and shopping as well as trails. It has a garage which was great storage for our mountain bikes. It could have been more clean. The sheets on the pullout bed were disgusting. I don’t think they’ve been washed. The carpet close to the bar in the kitchen smelled of animal urine. There was a dead bird in the fan of the guest bathroom and when you turned the fan on, feathers went everywhere. The outside garbage cans were overflowing when we arrived, smelling up the garage. When we sent a message regarding some of these things we were told to call customer service number and arrange for garbage pickup. It’s VERY frustrating to have cleaning and administrative fees added to your stay when obviously there isn’t much cleaning or oversight going on with the property. The right thing to do would be to refund some of the fees. It’s just like amy other service, if you aren’t happy, you should get your money back. Next time we will look for a place at Newpark.

Probably one of the worst overall experiences we have had with VRBO AND a specific unit. VRBO sent us a confirmation email the morning of our arrival date, but we did not notice that a code to enter the property was not provided. We sat on hold for over 45 minutes trying to reach a human. We were offered a $100 credit for our inconvenience, have not seen a confirmation that that has occurred. The unit was dirty; hair in tub (lots of it); the guest shower did not get beyond warm in temperature; there were ants in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom, probably more that we couldn't see; the carpets were stained in many, many places; zero non-perishable basic items like salt & pepper were provided, pretty bare or cheap in our opinion; and TV in master was just a display screen, not an actual television to watch. Very disappointing to say the least.
