Tranquil Views
We visited this property with friends and our families. Overall, very happy with the property. The property was as described. Clean and plenty of amenities one would expect in a home. Plenty of towels, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and dishes. I love it when you go to a property and it’s meant to be a home and not some money machine. Would definitely go back here. It’s beautiful. The views are gorgeous and the patio area is very enjoyable. Loved it!

Family girl's weekend
We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for my family of 9 ladies. Clean, comfortable, roomy. High on a hill with a great view.Neighbors dogs did visit every day, but they were friendly. Only glitch was a leaky shower fixture in master suite. Definitely not a deal breaker. Loved the place.

Spacious house for girls trip!
We arrived and noticed there was a hornets nest right above the front door. The property management company had someone out within the hour. They were very prompt and followed up a few hours later. The property is tucked away in a very quiet location. Every morning we were greeted by the neighbors dogs, which was a nice bonus to our trip. They were the sweetest pups and we all enjoyed their visits. The house is very spacious. There were 8 people in our group and we all enjoyed our first visit to Paso!

Beautiful views in an equally beautiful home
Checkin was incredibly easy and the customer service was very helpful when Waze took us down a weird route. The driveway to the house on top of the hill was lined with cypress trees, which set the first impression. The outside furniture could have been sprayed down, as there were quite a few spiderwebs. The inside of the house was perfect. Very clean, and comfortable. The layout was great for our family. There are two neighbor dogs that greeted us upon arrival that were the icing on the cake. We look forward to booking again!

Very private gateway
The property truly has endless views and privacy. The only problem is that neighbors' friendly dogs are frequently visiting the property. This didn't bother us, however, if you have little kids or someone in your party is afraid of dogs, will create an uncomfortable situation. Otherwise, beautiful and very well-managed property.

Spacious comfort for our group retreat
This property stood out as perfect for accommodating our group of 7. Perfect meeting spaces in living room around TV used for presentations (using my own Chromecast), dining table, and kitchen counter. Sleeping arrangements were a sinch as were the bathrooms. Views and nearby countryside were perfect for opening our minds and for riding our bikes (we are all avid cyclists). There is already talk of a return trip!

We booked this property for family and friends that were attending our daughter’s wedding held on our own nearby property. The house and location worked perfectly for us and everything was exactly as described. This was large enough for everyone to enjoy the stay and have room group or device and visit.
We had a problem with low water pressure the first morning. Not even enough water to fill the toilet tank in one bathroom. Contacted the property manager and the maintenance person was on site within 1 hour. Ease and responsive. No other problems but lots of fun and engagement.

We loved the location of the house out in the country on a mountain top. It is important to note it is remote and takes 15 -20 min to get into Paso for other activities that you have planned. It was big and clean with 3 useable bedrooms. It would be desirable to have at least 2 King beds for adults to stay in more comfort. The master King needs to be replaced as it sinks to the middle making for a very uncomfortable night. It also on has one shower for 3 bedrooms which is just something to be aware of prior to the stay. We would give it on a 1-5 scale a 3.

Best place to stay getting ready for a wedding.
This place is amazing. Lots of room to hang out inside and out. Big bathrooms and kitchen. So peaceful sitting outside and the view is so beautiful.

Tons of space for two families
The kids loved exploring the property and having a sleepover in the bunk room. The internet kept dropping but we had a lot of devices using Zoom for remote school and work. It was a nice home base for exploring SLO, Los Osos and Paso. I do wish we had access to the washer and dryer. We were pretty muddy after our hikes. Overall, a great stay.

Excellent outdoor space for kids and dogs!
Loved the location of the property on the hill top- gorgeous views and private! Toddlers and dog were able to keep themselves busy around the house, there is a pretty large flat area where they can play. Likely due to the season we went, there were lots of prickly weeds we had to keep an eye out for. Inside amenities of the house was average to sub-par. Sink faucets are missing pieces, dishwasher is installed crooked, most of the bed matresses were not comfortable (couch was the most comfortable), there is no vent on the stove, wifi was unstable. One of the showers were not cleaned properly so I had to fish out the biggest hair ball to get it to drain. .which was disgusting. The hot water is set very high so if you have young kids , be careful! Property is hard to locate since we arrived after dark. Google maps will take you to a different property next door, make sure you drive up the driveway with beautiful lined trees. I rate my overall experience high since I enjoyed the outdoor space so much. The common area was also very spacious and perfect for us with 4 toddlers waddling and running around. However I wish the property owners would make updates inside the house--- so much potential for a more comfortable stay.

Stunning 360-degree views, a beautiful entrance, a fire pit, and plenty of seating mean I would recommend this place to people looking for an easy, comfortable getaway. Though I wouldn’t recommend this to people looking for something on the luxe side. The house felt clean but worn. It could use a fresh coat of paint, and some maintenance (knobs especially). We had an issue related to maintenance, and it was easy to get in touch with the manager. Thanks uvae vineyard :)

My Paso stay
My daughters best friend was getting married. We rented the home for the bride and the bridesmaids to stay at and I was there as house mom to cook and keep them on schedule. The home is large and clean and was perfect for the number of people we had. In its day I’m sure the home was grand however it did need some areas of attention. The beds were old and sagged in the middle.All of the knobs on the faucets in kitchen/bathrooms were missing the decorative pieces on the knobs and had exposed screws showing. It was no big deal as they worked but my opinion when you are providing a service attention to that kind of detail is important to me. We stayed at a very hot time of year and the air conditioning was not sufficient to keep us comfortable in parts of the house (The bedrooms the girls slept in) and there was a note on the thermostat to not cool below 72° or the coils would freeze. They had A monitor on the wall that was for the check in process which I thought was super cool but it didn’t work. It had the Wi-Fi password there and Wi-Fi did work perfectly. They had a TV in the master bedroom but there were no TV controls to be found and the TV in the living room did not work. They have a beautiful New double oven however for someone who likes to cook the house was lacking in a fully supplied kitchen. I was making eggs for nine people and they had small frying pans or a large wok. All in all It was a perfect home for what I needed it for, and what is most important is the cleanliness which was very good. I would recommend not going when it is really hot and bring what you need from home if you are planning on cooking.
