Dear Guest, We are sorry to see that your expectations was not met 100% this time. Yes it is correct that we have 1 Family Studio per floor. For towels we provide as many as you stay and also extra can be registered. We also provide each and every guest with a pool towel, free of charge. We do ask for 100THB deposit for guest who request 2 per person and are sorry if this was not communicated well. We do understand that accidents with children can happen and we do try to wash it. For this case it was urine stains on the bed sheet, duvet and the top mattress and it was needed an extra wash at the laundry, that was charged to you. Our All day dining restaurant The Mix is open from 06.30 - 23.00 (last order 22.30). Pool is open from 07.00 - 19.00 ever day, and closed when it is dark due to safety reasons. We are very sorry if there has been any inconvenience with any staying groups. We have checked all records from your stay but has no information about this.
