Great kid friendly hotel! Our room was wonderful. We had a lovely view of the city and ocean. Great location with terminal 21 shopping centre connected to it. Pool was great, it just could of been warmer! My 2.5yr old couldnt stay in for long. The water park feature looked so fun but again it was absolutely freezing! Also, they dont sell alcohol at all. I wish i had known this, they dont advertise this much. If they had i wouldnt of booked. But you can BYO and they serve it for free. Made our holiday cheaper but would of been lovely to have a cocktail by the pool. Should be advertised better on their website. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel. We enjoyed our time here. So central!

This was a dream location and vacation destination for our family. The grounds are beautiful, there’s so much fun for kids, and the attached mall is awesome. Will visit again!

Excellent hotel with water park for kids and big swimming pool for big kids. New and attached to modern terminal 21 shopping centre with lots of food options aswell as everything else. Location is nicer part of pattaya beach. Very much family friendly hotel - gym is ok 👍
