The gourmet kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, an icemaker, a wet bar, a gas stove, granite counters open dining area, and a breakfast bar.
Design features include ample cabinet and storage space, fireplace, first-floor king master suite with his and her master baths, and attached oceanfront Carolina room. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor; one with a queen bed and the other with twin over double bunk beds will share a full bath. Upstairs bedrooms feature ocean views in the 2 master suites each with 1 King bed, 2 twins, and private full baths. 3rd bedroom is equipped with a twin bunk bed set an additional single twin, and a private bath.
A cozy game room with television and board games is an ideal "getaway" for the kids in the family.
North Litchfield is convenient to golf, restaurants, shopping, bike trails, Brookgreen Gardens, and Huntington Beach State Park. House is fully equipped with free wifi, cable, surround sound, washer/dryer, numerous TVs, heated towel racks, and a walk-in bathtub. Exterior hot/cold shower with full bath and changing room under the house. Weber gas grill, beach chairs, ping pong table, and plenty of room for rollerblading/skating.

Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog. No smoking
