Great to be back!
We stayed at this house 3 years ago and enjoyed it just as much this time! It’s close to Main St in Penn Yan which has shops, restaurants, and local coffee spots. It’s easy to get to the water and hiking trails. The house is clean and spacious! You must be able to handle stairs. The yard is fenced and great for my dog! And the owner is easy to contact and communicate with! Definitely recommend!

Nice Place, Tilts in the Back
Great place in the city area of Penn Yan. It does lean a lot in the back of the building, so be aware of that in the back bedroom. Very clean and more space than my son and I needed. But, enjoyed all the room.

We had a lovely stay! Very close to everything downtown. Neighbor was rude and made everyone feel uncomfortable for the first few days but other than that our stay was perfect.

We wanted a get away for New Years this year and this was the perfect spot! Very clean and roomy & there were a lot of other kitchen / coffee supplies than anticipated which was great and the host left a beautiful bottle of wine-very nice touch!

Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Fenced yard which is nice for smaller dogs, but a little low (3 foot in sections) for our larger pup. House was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs was warm at night despite the AC so maybe pack a fan. Walkable to town for dinner, breakfast and shopping. Convenient location to wineries, breweries and distilleries. It was nice to be able to travel with our (well behaved) dog! Would absolutely stay here again.

This property was clean and comfy. The yard was huge and my grandson had fun playing out there. The neighborhood was quiet and great proximity to the family wedding venue. Would definitely stay here again...my family truly enjoyed staying there.

Excellent location to walk downtown and access wineries on both Keuka and Seneca lakes. Older home, but very clean and friendly for our granddog. Highly recommend, especially when it’s too cold to be on the lake.

Great place to relax with family and friends! House was clean, warm, and had plenty of room for 4 adults to cook, chat, and relax. Short walk to downtown offering antique and artisan shops, coffee, wine bar, and restaurants (from pizza and Chinese to finer dining). Nice long weekend for our vaccinated group! Would to this again!

Home away from home!
The Penn Yan property was perfect for our group and we would definitely stay there again. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We were able to bring our dog who enjoyed the fenced-in yard. It’s centrally located and the host was extremely responsive to any questions and also provided great recommendations for the area. We were able to visit several wineries and hiking trails with waterfalls within close driving distances. We were also within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It was our first time to the Finger Lakes area and hope to visit again soon!
