Panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound and Pensacola Bay make this 6th floor corner unit unique. Our first guest described her stay as “Heaven on Earth”. Locals say we live in Paradise. Definitely a place to relax and live in the moment.

Melanie and her crew did a great job choosing comfortable colors and finishes. No this is not a model unit. What you see is the condo your renting. The mattresses and linens are all new and comfy. The kitchen is outfitted with new pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Everything you need to prepare a meal except the food. Or don’t cook at all given there are 10 good restaurants all within walking distance. I forgot to mention all new stainless appliances too.

The beach is a 5 minute walk across Ft. Pickens Rd.
Bring your favorite beach chair or rent one from the beach service. Your boat, kayak or paddle board are welcome too. The pool is larger than most with lots of lounges. Pickle ball several days a week.

Our stay and condo were both wonderful. Great host, extremely clean unit and building with many friendly people staying here. Close to many beaches and bayside view was very pleasant and relaxing.Thanks again for a wonderful stay, will definitely do it again

We had a delightful time. The views are as good as advertised. The location is convenient and the unit is comfortable. The next time I head to Pensacola, if that unit is available, I won't have to look anywhere else. That is where I'll stay.

Great little vacation home!
Booked this condo for a fun family vacation, and had an amazing time. The owner was super responsive and very thorough with all the amenities and check in/out. You basically have everything you need staying here. There’s a great little patio in the back with a few grills along with a pool. Place was super clean and very cozy. Next time we visit we will be booking with this host again. 10/10 stay!

Great Location and View of the Bay!
We had a great stay and so did our dog! This is a clean condo and the host responds very quickly with any questions you might have. The view of the bay is awesome and we used the balcony a lot to sit and relax. The building has a nice gym, laundry facility, and plenty of grass out front and in the back if you’re bringing a dog. The beds are comfortable and the condo is nicely furnished. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway
This property is the perfect location in Pensacola! It's close enough to the strip to get to everything easily, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet too! Very clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed. We loved the view of the bay side and still being able to see the ocean. I asked the host a question via email and he replied in minutes and gave great directions on check-in/out process. The listing did say that the complex had a "spa tub" which I thought meant hot tub, but we didn't see one. It didn't hinder our trip in any way though. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful bayside view
The view of the bay was beautiful, loved that you could have your pets and people did. Beds were comfortable. I did let the owner know that the barstools were not user friendly and the chairs on the balcony were also not comfortable, they were not what was shown in the picture when I booked the condo, they were to low and hard. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. Would recommend staying there, I would stay there again if the chairs are replaced. Overall good time. The island is absolutely beautiful and you can literally walk everywhere if you want to.

Beautiful condo close to everything!
This condo exceeded our expectations! The 2 Queen bed areas is as large as most reg hotel rooms. Nicely decorated, huge balcony with 3 sliders, 4 new deck chairs with great view of the bay! Laundry room on the ground floor with many washers and dryers. Yes the beach is across the street past the Holiday Inn to the right, but we were ok with that. Stop in town before u cross the bridge for whatever supplies or groceries u need at Walmart or Publix as groceries etc are limited on island 🏝️. Our week was cool so we didn’t use pool but hear it was not heated but l would check with management. All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay again. 😃 P.S. we did have small dog with us and a quick elevator ride to the front or back did the trick….waste bags available onsite 😉 Ron very helpful with answers!
