It is conveniently located to the Pensacola Airport, I-10, UWF, shopping, restaruants, and more. This location is ideal for families looking for a private getaway that is a few minutes from some of Florida's most beautiful beaches!

With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an extra pullout full futon in the office, there is room to accommodate 7 guests comfortably. For those working from home there is an office with two desks that can be converted into sitting or standing desks. The kitchen has been fully updated and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The home has been recently updated with all new paint, flooring, and furnishings. The screened in porch is the perfect place to chill after a long day at the beach. Great place
This was perfect. We were visiting our daughter and grandkids who live in Pensacola. The house was perfect for us. We were able to have them come over to swim and we cooked rather than eating out. It was very nice. My only suggestion is to have the pool cleaned right before guests arrive because there was a lot of junk in bottom of pool. And it would be nice to have more seating around the pool. Otherwise it was perfect.

Comfortable house—relaxing amenities
Some friends and I wanted a nice spot that we could enjoy for the weekend where we didn’t even feel the need to leave the house—and this place did just that. The house was clean, comfortable, and provided a nice landing spot for us to relax for the weekend. The pool was definitely a huge plus during the hot summer days. All in all would definitely recommend.

Perfection - Just what we were looking for!
House was in a wonderful quiet family neighborhood with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Loved being able to come back to the peaceful private home and not deal with other people. Just what we needed! There have been lots of updates in this older home and while there are a few things that need attention, we can tell the home is clean and well maintained. Thank you for the great and private place to stay!

The perfect getaway
I could not have stayed in a better place great home, kitchen had any type of pot or pan you needed plenty of towels and wash clothes loved the smart tv’s could project off of phone and watch whatever I liked I was here for doctors appointments at Sacred Heart, perfect would recommend this home to anyone who is staying in Pensacola I know I will try next time I’m here and ladies perfect for shopping and then end your day with a great swim in the pool could haa a ve not ask for anything better.

Clean and comfortable
The house is extremely clean and we had everything we needed. The location was outstanding for all our activities. It was too cold to swim but had it been warm we would have been disappointed in the pool care. There had been a lot of rain so the pool company missed a vacuuming but the pool also turned murky so it may have run out of chlorine as well. Overall a very well cared for property. We enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary Get-A-Way
We had a wonderful stay, thank you! The home was just as expected and described. Very clean and comfortable! The pool and the privacy were exactly what we were looking for versus a crowded hotel or even a condo VRBO. The house is close (less than a 10 min drive) to everything. Shopping (grocery, clothes, fast food, restaurants, convenience stores, gas station) and the airport is about 8 minutes away. The house was perfect and we felt right at home. Communication was superb and we couldn't be any more satisfied. The kitchen is more equipped than I expected! We highly recommend!

Visiting for graduation.
After an unforeseeable cancellation with another individual, I was able to reserve this property the day before I needed to come to Pensacola for my daughter’s graduation. This house provided everything needed. This was my first time renting this way. It will not be my last. We had much more space than we would ever have had at a hotel and it was also less expensive. We had a great experience and made some good memories for my daughter. THANK YOU!

In all honesty the property wasn’t cleaned very well prior to checkin. There were hairs around the bathroom and on the towels and sheets. The pool was not clean (not the biggest of deals since it was chilly on our vacation weekend anyways). But aside from that, the house was lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a peaceful weekend. The price was decent for the amount of space also.

The perfect place for our visit!
This spacious home was exactly what we needed for our visit home! As former Pensacolians, we were pretty picky looking at VRBO locations and neighborhoods around town. This spot was perfect! The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, the linens were high quality, and, best of all, the kitchen was extremely well-equipped. You get what you pay for--this rental wasn't cheap, but it was definitely worth it for us!

Excellent location and wonderful property.
Best experience I've ever had with a VRBO. Location is fabulous. 15ish minutes from everything without the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. We came in and actually had to buy nothing. Every basic thing needed to stay a week was provided. Beautiful home and felt very welcoming. Nice neighborhood. All around, I wish they were all like this home. Very impressed.

Weekend Getaway
We absolutely loved the house!!! It was very clean. Very is to get in touch with owner/manager. The only thing that was a little bit scary was we came back and a car was park out front. We had no advice notice that the pool cleaner would be there for 2 hours. Other than that it was perfect!!!
