Perfect home base for wedding week!!
Could not have asked for a more perfect place to rent. Our son was getting married and wanted a place central to the Church and venue. We held a welcome cocktail party and the space was a big hit with everyone. Then the day of the wedding our son and groomsmen meet there for pictures and it was fantastic. Devan was an outstanding host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book again!!!

Son’s wedding
We rented this and the adjacent property for our son’s wedding. This property exceeded all our expectations. Allowed a meeting place for family and friends between wedding activities. Perfect location for Palafox Fun!
A group of friends from all over reunite in Pensacola once a year and this property fulfilled all of our needs! The space is perfect for entertaining and while we're more the lounging type than a wedding party would be, we had plenty of room to gather and catch up with our loved ones. The balcony provided a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the street view while the central location was a perfect home base for all of our eating, drinking, and shopping adventures. I will definitely book this loft again (or the one across the hall - both are fabulous!)

Cool property in desirable location
We were there for one of our son's wedding. We put up our other kids, their wives, my parents and bother between the two units. I was in this unit and it was wonderful. No issues, no complaints other than having difficulty finding the entrance from the parking lot. Deborah responded almost immediately to give me detailed instructions on where to go. Speaking of, she was super responsive to all requests and very helpful in all regards. Highly recommend.

Pure Pensacola!
We stayed in Deborah’s historic, beautifully renovated apartment for a much-anticipated wedding week in Pensacola. The location was nostalgic for us, as all 3 of my girls grew up in the Pensacola Children’s Chorus and performed at the Saenqer theater which is steps from the apartment. My daughter had the most perfect spot to get ready for her wedding, large and easily accommodating the bridesmaids’ getting ready process. The balcony trimmed with wrought iron overlooking Palafox was the ideal spot for her bridal portraits. The space was fabulously furnished, large and equipped for our every need. We can’t say enough about our stay! Thank you, thank you!!

Exceptional Property
We just finished up a 3 day stay at this amazing property in Pensacola. Historic charm meets modern amenities - with a truly unbeatable location. I can't recommend this property enough for families or groups. The common space is very spacious, allowing people to be together yet enjoy their own space. You are steps away from literally everything! The host was very helpful and easy to work with. One of those rare "perfect" properties for sure.

Great location and amazing amenities
Of all the vacation rentals we've tried in Pensacola, this one is by far the best. It is centrally located in downtown a short walk from great restaurants and shops. The balcony overlooking the downtown boutique and entertainment district is simply amazing. And the comfortable bedrooms are well away from the noise the district generates so you can sleep well. You can easily drive to all the best sights from the private parking area in the rear. We will be back.

The location speaks for itself, but in addition, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well prepped, the decor was gorgeous, and everything was very clean. We were worried the street noise might make it difficult to sleep, but the walls are well insulated and we slept great!

Palafox Palace
This was as good a VRBO experience as we have ever had. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were large and comfortable and perfectly accommodated our immediate family. On top of that, the massive living/dining space was well equipped with more than everything we could have hoped for to entertain local friends and family for an afternoon Christmas gathering and dinner. And, of course, the location is as good as it gets for access to the revitalized downtown Palafox area. It was perfect for our Pensacola Christmas plans.

We booked this apartment and the one across the hall for family in town for our son’s wedding. The convenient location and spaciousness of the property, made it so comfortable for everyone.
