The first room had an A/C unit that sounded like a generator going full blast there was no way we would have been able to sleep. The second room also had A/C issue but this one had a high pitched whistle. The room was dirty. Even my bed didn’t have a flat sheet on top of the fitted sheet. I did put in a work order for the A/C in the 2nd room, but when I asked about it later the same day the guy at the desk said he had no work order records and had no way of checking anything. These guys don’t care at all about their customers.

The front desk, staff and lobby area were very charming and welcoming. My review is pertaining to my hotel room specifically. The shower had very bad mold and a lot of dirt in it! The furniture was very old and outdated. Not very clean at all in the hallway leading to my room. Or in my room for that matter. Being near the airport was the best part of the room.

Checked in late, was a bug in my room. The border across the wall was half missing. Dust on nightstand and behind room divider. Blinds were dirty. Bathroom was disgusting with stains very uncomfortable. Walls were dirty. Run down. Ceiling was creaking all night. Not a pleasant experience

Outside the facility seemed to be maintained. Unfortunately, my room was not clean, had a smell and was in need of major updating. We also had issues with the TV continuously going out. Not sure the issue with the AC as it was extremely loud in the room.

The worst experience
On vacation (myself, husband, 5 kids) first, our hotel was not ready when we arrived. After a 3 hr long drive with cranky kids and a fussy baby, we still had to wait in the lobby for 45 mins. Mind you we arrived after their check in time. While waiting in the lobby with my fussy baby, she managed to hit her face on the edge of their coffee table. The room that we were assigned (double queen with a sofa sleeper) air conditioner went out on us around midnight. The room got up to 80 degrees. Called front desk and they only have a room with 1 king and 1 sofa sleepers, mind you we have 5 kids with us. So here it is almost 1am and we are having to change rooms with all of our kids (who were all asleep) and luggage. This was supposed to be my daughter’s birthday weekend.

We usually book Hyatt because we find the beds comfortable. And like the space and sofa bed option. However, this one has seen better days. Lobby looks good but once you exit the elevator you can tell it’s run down. The light fixtures in the room were rusted and the shower tile grout had mold. Breakfast was good tho.

Underwhelmed experience.
Staff was friendly and helpful. While the overall facility needs updating, there is no excuses for a poorly cleaned room. Fortunately we only stayed one night or I would have either left or asked for a deep cleaning. Additional issues include the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, closed to 5pm.
