The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a rack for hanging clothes, a desk, a wardrobe, and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bunk bed. In addition, there’s a queen pullout couch in the living room.

With two spacious bathrooms, The Rez is ideal for small groups. There’s a full-size bathroom with a shower and bathtub ensuite in the master bedroom. You’ll also find a second full bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink in the laundry room.

The Rez is on a quiet, wooded property. It’s within walking and biking distance of downtown Pentwater with shops, restaurants, bars, art galleries, a public beach on Lake Michigan, and more.
