We stayed in the flat for several nights in January. It’s located in a large pedestrian area, which is fantastic, but which also requires you to carry your luggage a couple of blocks to get to it. Long-term parking can be found at the train station just a few blocks away and it’s very inexpensive.
The flat itself was clean with plenty of storage space for clothing. It has a nice balcony overlooking the pedestrian area below. We did not use the kitchen; there are great cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. The hot water in the shower runs out relatively quickly, so be aware of that.
We would stay here again if we are in Pescara. The owner was exceptionally responsive, answering questions very quickly. If you do not speak Italian, she speaks English very fluently, as does her lovely son who met us with the keys.
