It is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet family building with a private courtyard, in the center of Pescara, a few minutes from the sea and the train station and 6km from the airport.
> Its strategic position, right in the city center, will allow you to reach all services (Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Bars, Tobacconists) comfortably on foot, completely forgetting your car.
