Perfect little house!
Started here for a weekend getaway with my mom. It was a great location between Charlevoix and Petoskey. The house was clean, comfy and had everything we needed!!

Just what we needed!
Our family owns the winery right down the road and we needed a place to stay for a weekend long family get together. This house was the perfect location and was the perfect accommodation for what we needed. It was a cute little house, but didn't feel TOO small. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook. Beds were comfy. We will be staying again!

Only issue really is the traffic noise on 31. Starts around 6:00am Otherwise the house was in fine shape and served our purpose for the trip. Good location for day trips, but during summer season, traffic noise is an issue if you are not an early riser…

Great Location
Nicely updated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. Very clean and kitchen was fully equipped. Laura the contact person was readily available for any questions we might have. Location was across the street from the Little Traverse Wheelway. Halfway between Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. We biked the trail every day. Last day there we decided to ride our bikes on the trail from Boyne Mountain to Boyne City. Over all we were very please and would not hesitate to stay at this place again.

Nice little place outside the city
Was a decent place that wasn't too far outside of town, so it was pretty quiet/peaceful while not being too far of a drive in case you want to go somewhere to eat or needed something.
