Worst hotel experience ever. This guys did not checked me in -even I paid full in cash online- in the middle of the night because my debit card did not have a chip on it. I offered them cash, online transfer and even Apple Pay but they did not accepted them all and none of the managers was available. Worst, they did not refund me too even Expedia tries twice. I found an another hotel with more stars and used the same card and they welcomed me in minutes.

The room was clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was good. We had to beg to get our room clean after the first night. It never got throughly cleaned during our stay.

Nice room but very very bad breakfast
Nice hotel, comfy room, but no parking. Many parking lots in Philly but expensive. Breakfast is very bad. The worst I experienced in a very long time. Also, please stop using plastic for everything. This is 2024! Real silverware and plates would have been nicer.

It is not in a good neighborhood. I was attending a conference at the convention center which was only 4-5 minute walk. But I didn’t feel safe walking to the convention center at all. It was not very clean. You could hear close/open the door of the front room very badly. In the first night, I thought someone was trying to come in to my room (at 3 am), then I realized that it was the front door. Breakfast was not good. Each day something was missing. One day coffee maker was not working and it just returned yellow water. There are a lot more things to say if I had time. In general, I did not like this hotel and won’t book here again.
