We stayed for one night while visiting Philadelphia. The hotel was fine for a quick visit, but we were disappointed to find the hot tub was completely cold in the morning (as was the pool), and the breakfast finished early, before we had a chance to grab anything. Our kids love a hot tub and pool and this is always a factor in us choosing a hotel, so overall this was a letdown. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

This was one of the worst stays we have had at a hotel. The door wouldn't shut when closing - there was something wrong with the hinge. The breakfast wasn't available when we went down for it as we were told the oven broke? There should still be other options available. There was hair in our shower before we even used it. We were charged $45 for parking and weren't informed about the $10 additional tax on parking so this came to $55 for parking which we were never informed of. This experience really ruined our trip and we have been loyal customers of Hilton for years. Very disappointing.

Not a good area for any hotel! Having to pay $27 & $47 (valet) for parking is horrible and makes their room prices for this sketchy area horrible! Staff were not friendly and seemed to have an “attitude”. The parking people were the only ones who were friendly and helpful. Would never go back to this location and especially this hotel.

Arrived 30 minutes prior to check in and room wasn't ready so we waited. Maybe 15 mins and it was ready. Requested 1king and a sofa bed. There was three of us. I guess I accidentally selected an accessible room. I let the front desk know I didn't need it, just wanted to be sure we had a sofa bed so we all had somewhere to sleep. She gave us a room with 2 beds and a sofa which was great. However, we figured out it was a pet room. No biggie but I'm very allergic to cats. Guess this was a white dog bc so wine didn't vacuum that great. Overall was clean. But there was some weird mold looking stuff on the ceiling and it looks like the room could really use a deep cleaning. Line in the bathroom the tile is discolored. In the kitchen, there was liquid splattered on the wallpaper. The other issue we had was the thermostat. It would be 80 degrees in the living room area. Someone came and said he fixed it but it only got to 77. We had to keep the bedroom thermostat set very cold to try and bslance it out. The maintenance person said it was bc there are sensors in the room and it shuts off if it doesn't detect anyone but we had been in there so idk. Free breakfast was kinda lame but it was free. There are lots of places near by to eat at. A bus stop right infront of the hotel. Not a lot of variety in their little store but there are several stores nearby with drinks/food/snacks like 7-11, cvs, acme. I would stay here again. The issues I mentioned were nothing major. I slept fine.

Quiet, everything in Kitchen in working order and everything we needed for our stay. Room nicely laid out. Only comment is the shower was in the tub; but had enough handles and a bench that came down to sit. Staff were very professional and polite.
