So so
I writing about my current holiday at your hotel.    The building and room were beautiful however that is not enough.    Thursday night a loud sounding noise woke us up three times.    We thought it was an emergency alarm but discovered it was the heating unit.   We had to turn the heat off to deal w the issue. The next day we called and someone came up to service the unit.    Once again Saturday night the same issue.    Once again, interruptedsleep in a very cold room.   Long lines every day because all the elevators were not functioning.
