As you enter, a welcoming open living room with a cozy pullout couch and a well-appointed kitchen area awaits, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and socializing. The bedroom greets you with a well-suited queen bed, a mounted TV, a large closet with extra pillows and blankets, an ample-size dresser and mirror, and an attached full bathroom, promising utmost comfort and tranquility.

Welcome! Please remember the following guidelines for a great stay:
- No parties / No smoking / No disruptive behavior.
- Return the Gate Fob to avoid a $500 replacement fee.
- Turn off the AC and heat when leaving.
- Use the provided parking spot only. All other spots in the lot are reserved.
- Do not exceed the guest count on the reservation.
- Clean up any significant messes made before checkout.
- No reservation alteration within 14 days of check-in.
- Inform us of any allergies to specific cleaning products before booking.
- Contact us within the first 24 hrs of your stay with any concerns.
- Pets are welcome, $40 per pet / per stay. Inquire first for dogs over 50lbs.
- We must adhere to our cancellation policies.
KEY FOB INSTRUCTIONS:
We understand that things happen and don't want to charge any fees. The provided code also works if you prefer not to use the Fob.
Gate Fob:
*** Guests are responsible for the $500 replacement fee if not returned / lost
*** Ownership must replace all Fobs for the businesses that share the lot.
*** If a guest takes the fob, return it locally or provide a tracking number for overnight delivery within 36 hours of checkout. Contact us immediately for assistance!
*** Please take a picture of it just before checkout and send it. We will always have our guests back, which will help us with any discrepancies.
*** We apologize for any inconvenience; this is out of our hands.
