Shower wasn't cleaned well--found hair in it. Comforter had a blood stain on it. Very noisy and next to busy road. On the plus side the room is cute and the balcony is spacious. I liked the aesthetic.

The setup and style of the rooms were simple yet nice and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The location of the room was nicely situated right next to the pool area where we could hear the music playing in the background, just quiet enough through the glass walls to not distract or annoy us. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of are open showers, as it's really hard to stay warm when there's no glass or curtains to trap the steam. It made it difficult for a couple to enjoy together at the same time without pumping up the heat in the room in general, but I know this is the way many bathrooms are in other parts of the world, so it didn't make or break the time enjoyed at this hotel! We'd definitely come back again in the future if we're in the area.

This hotel has a lot of character. The rooftop bar is really super, the popsicles on arrival is a fun touch and it is an easy pick up for a waymo taxi or has great parking if needed. Great spot.

The place is so wonderful for a chill vacation. Staff and service was excellent. Everyone was so nice and made you felt special. I really enjoyed myself there. Our favorite in Phoenix. Excellent staff, nice pool, decent rooms. Food options are limited, and location is an oasis in the middle of the concrete desert that is Phoenix. But will stay again.

A private event was schedule during our stay and not communicated to us during our booking. None of the hotel amenities (pool, hot tub, restaurant) were available but we were still charged a services fee. We would not have stayed there had we known. Absolutely unacceptable.

No perks during week, only weekends.
The room was very nice. However the majority of resort amenities were closed during the week. The rooftop bar was closed, and other available dining closed at 8pm. The coffee shop closed at 4pm. The fire pit we paid extra for was nonfunctioning. The room was great, but the extras that the resort features were unavailable or extremely limited.

Cannot wait to go back to this sweetest little nugget tucked in the middle of its own garden oasis. And the daily popsicles?? Too good, too good. I stayed here on business but relished every moment like it was my last vacation in paradise. I still daydream about it. I walked next door to a glorious cafe with Owl in its name and strolled through the bookstore next door just for fun.
