Despite being a few short miles from the hustle and bustle of Scottsdale and a short walk to downtown Carefree, you'll find that peace and serenity surround you and you really can have the best of both worlds.
Main Home:
Top floor living optimizes the incredible views of Black Mountain and surrounding areas. The updated chefs' kitchen is top-notch, a dream for the most seasoned cook. Plenty of patios to choose from on this level, and every inch of the home is perfectly planned to optimize guest enjoyment and relaxation. Directly off the main living room, you'll see the pool and deck access to the guest casitas.
Three bedrooms and a pull-out couch offer ample space for your guests.
The master is fit for royalty, with a king bed, chaise lounge, and circular windows that enhance the desert vistas. Off the master is a second living room, featuring a pool table for endless hours of entertainment. Bathed in natural light via the wall-to-wall windows, this room is the highlight of the home!
Guest bedrooms are spacious yet cozy, located off the main living area, and share a bath via the third bedroom.
Top casita:
King bed, couch, shower, and kitchenette with a mini-fridge (stove not operable) Drink your coffee and enjoy pool views and desert vistas.
Bottom casita:
Queen bed, shower, kitchenette (stove not operable) mini fridge, desert views.
House Rules
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
*2 pets maximum 20lbs or smaller only ($200 non refundable each)
* Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
*Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
*Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
