Chelsea Place On The Park - This cute and spacious newly renovated second floor studio apartment is located right on Margaret Hance Park in downtown Phoenix. It has incredible views of the park, shared interior courtyard that is fenced and secure, and a carport in the back for parking. Walk to restaurants and shops. Phoenix Theatre Company, Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, Burton Bar Library, light rail, a wonderful dog park and more are just steps away. Stay in the heart of it all.

1. TV and Entertainment:
• The apartment does not have traditional cable TV, but guests can access live cable channels through a "YouTube TV" subscription.
• Guests are instructed to click on the home app on the TV to access all the available channels.

2. Parking:
• Free street parking is available in front of the building.
• There's also a carport in the back alley, and it operates on a first-come, first-serve basis for guests.

3. Security Measures:
• The property is monitored for security purposes.
• Security cameras are installed in all common areas to enhance safety and surveillance.

4. Guest Verification:
• Guest verification is mandatory and is facilitated through Super Hog’s Know Your Guest, a vacation rental guest-screening provider
• Guests need to verify their details before the booking begins.

5. Damage Protection:
• Guests are presented with a choice between paying a refundable deposit or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver. There is a small non-refundable credit card fee retained by the credit card processor.
• We recommend the damage waiver, which, like travel insurance, provides protection in case of accidental damage during the booking.

Could use a little love but cute and comfy

Checking in and communicating with the manager was easy. It was a great space and the bed was wonderful. Only slightly odd items was the barn door to the bathroom was a little long and made it hard to close well. Cleaning and maintenance could have been slightly better but overall my significant other and I enjoyed the space and location in downtown Phoenix. I would recommend to a friend :)

Great Stay, Quiet Community

The rental was wonderfully stocked, and very clean. The community is very quiet. My 2 dogs and I had an awesome stay, while visiting family in Phoenix. I highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Too many problems

After driving 13.5hrs I had to wait another hr because someone booked a couple in my room, the property manager blamed it on vrbo, there was no hot water for the shower, so I had to take a cold shower that day! Lastly I woke up in the middle of the night to find a giant cockroach in the kitchen, though the property manager refunded 1 night for the mixup with the couple, It still left me wit a bad experience….

Great residential space near park

It is a clean, relatively quiet location that's in a residential neighborhood that has a pretty, large park nearby. It has good parking options and a few restaurants within walking distance. We were traveling and only stayed two nights, but it was perfect for the two of us and our dog.

Great location!

I was passing through Phoenix with my dog, and this is a great spot! The studio was clean with a comfy bed and a well stocked kitchen. It is right across the street from a nice sized, dog friendly park.
