Löydä paras Arizonan yhteisö lomallesi. Kätevästi sijaitseva Anthem on noin 30 minuuttia pohjoiseen Sky Harborin lentokentältä # 17 moottoritiellä. Many Stays and Continued Great Experience!
We have stayed multiple time at this warm and relaxing property. It continues to be a great experience filled with relaxation and peace. Love the new flooring and ease of check-in! Property owners are always exceptional to work with and very responsive. We recommend purchasing the gates access (for vehicle) as it makes it easier to access the community gate.

Everything about our stay was perfect and as expected. The area was safe and the people were friendly. The property was kept up very nicely. We did most of the sight-seeing they had suggested. We hiked, rode bikes, toured, golfed and enjoyed the wonderful sunshine. We definitely would come back.

The property was wonderful and communication with the owner was great. The manager could have given us more orientation to things, but she was in a big hurry at check in. We were told she was "off to another job". She didn't check back with us until it was time to leave.

Wonderful outdoor space
We love the gated community of Anthem. The house was perfect for the 2 of us, a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The backyard is awesome with a covered eating area as well as comfy chairs for reading & an amazing pool. The owners as well as the property manager seem accommodating, even though everything was perfect & there was no need to get a hold of anyone. We would definitely enjoy staying here again, thank you!

Beautiful location, comfy home
Our only complaint was the weather and I'm pretty sure the owner had no influence on that. :-) We found the owner to be very easy to work with and his property manager went above and beyond (especially when we locked ourselves out of the house with both sets of keys inside!). The unseasonably cool weather prevented us from being able to utilize the pool, but the location was gorgeous. We paid the extra $25 for a transponder making it much quicker and easier to get into this gated community. Anthem has so much to offer. The community park is huge and the Veterans Memorial is a must see. An outlet mall and other shopping are just minutes away. Due to the weather we didn't hang around the house as much as we expected, but we found plenty of other things to do within less than 30 minutes of home.

Another great stay at a terrific home
This was our second stay at this wonderful home in the past year. Our son and 2 grandchildren live in Anthem, so this location is perfect for us and allows us to spend time with them. The home again exceeded all our expectations. It has begun to feel like a home away from home for us. Karl and Janet have maintained their home in excellent condition and have provided all the amenities we needed during our stay. Because of the cooler weather we chose not to heat or use the pool, but found plenty of sunshine to enjoy sitting on the back deck. We cannot say enough great things about Karl & Janet and how responsive they have been to any of our questions. They have been terrific to work with. Also, we want to thank Janet Potter, who manages the home for the Bursnells, for her responsiveness to any questions we had. Thanks, again, Karl & Janet for your hospitality and for sharing your home with us. We hope to return again soon. Jerry & Mary Ann

Fabulous home and pool
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home for the month of May 2018. It was absolutely perfect for us and within 5 minutes of our son and his family. It enabled us to spend more time with our 2 grandchildren. The weather was fantastic and the kids absolutely loved the pool and so did we. The home and pool are very well maintained. The owners, Karl and Janet, have tastefully furnished the home and have provided every amenity that we could possibility have needed. They were fabulous hosts and were very responsive when we needed anything. We were able to contact them at any time and when we did they responded within less than 24 hours. Truly Cozy and Relaxing!
This property is exceptional for couples wishing for a quiet and relaxing time. The property offers amenities of home. The backyard is great and allows for a quiet afternoon of reading and relaxing. No reason to go out to dinner as the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. While we did not use it, the guest room offers to full size beds. The master has a king size bed that is quite comfortable. The owners and property manager are responsive and very friendly. We will definitely return!

Great Place, Owners Easy to Work With, Amenities Provided
We stayed for the month of September (1 month being minimum stay allowed by the homeowner’s association). The weather started hot but ended delightful. The house cooling capacity had no issues with the hotter days. The location was quiet and the back yard secluded by walls. The house is modern and tastefully furnished. The owner has provided all the amenities – washer, dryer, drink-mixer, all necessary kitchenware, beach towels for the pool, secure Wi-Fi, and cable TV. We had a couple Amazon packages sent/mailed to us with no problem. Likewise, necessary services were taken care of – including periodic pool cleaning, and yard work. (Additional cleaning is available during the stay at an extra fee, but really quite unnecessary.) There was a good stock of consumables in place (paper towels, soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc.) in addition to some emergency health items (band aids, etc.) that might be required on the spur of the moment. The owners were very easy to work with and quickly answered questions we had in advance. The local property agent was also very easy to work with, and was very accommodating to our arrival and departure times. We contacted her with questions 3 times, and she either answered directly or got back to us right away. The community is gated which has the obvious plus and minuses. The gate personnel had our names when we arrived, and we entered without a delay. Although it was necessary to check in with them each time we re-entered, there were no issues. The gate is manned 24/7. Being a guest did not, per se, allow us access to all community amenities (country club, gym, etc.); but, as we understand, can be arranged through the owner at a cost (community rules, not the owner’s). We did take advantage of the excellent masseuse Peggy who is available to the public at an additional fee. 2 Very good grocery stores are nearby. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Sprouts are about a half hour away. There is a very good outlet mall 10 minutes away. We liked the advantage of being on the far north side of greater Phoenix which allowed us a head start heading north and only 1.5 hours up I-17 to Sedona. All in all, an excellent time!
