Horrible Hotel & Staff. AVOID STAYING HERE!
Bugs in the room, the couch in the room literally had no cushions. Room had a kitchenette, mold in the refrigerator. Front desk clerk claimed she couldn't help & there weren't any other rooms to move to. We left the property, a week later still haven't received the refund. Had to call AmEx to dispute the charge. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

The property was dirty. I asked for dishes and was told after cleaned they will get me some. Hours later i asked about them and they didn't have any. Towels stained. Pull out sofa bed dirty. Light socket broken and dangerous. Place smelled

DO NOT STAY HERE. EXPEDIA, REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FROM YOUR SITE. We arrived to a parking lot full of people who were clearly doing drugs and even a person passed out in the lobby. I felt unsafe entering the property with my elderly mom who is visually and mobility impaired and I worried our rental car would be broken into. But I tried to stay positive and hoped when we got into the room we could relax and it would be ok. On the way to room 236 we passed a trash closet. The whole hallway smelled like trash. We kept going passing a couple sketchy people. We got to our room which was blazingly hot. I went to turn on the AC. There were 2 units. Both were already on and blowing hot air. It was 106° outside. There was a broken lamp and some huge chunks taken out of the wall near the sofa. My elderly mom was too nervous to sit down and rest. I attempted to call the front desk to see if we could change rooms. (I really was still trying to give it a chance). The phone wasn’t plugged in. I tried to plug in the phone but the phone Jack was just a hole in the wall with no actual Jack to plug into. So I called the front desk on my cell phone. My call was never answered. So I took one more minute to book another nearby hotel and we headed downstairs to cancel the room. We waited a while at the front desk. We told the attendant why we were leaving. She said “I understand”. (I mean, she knows where she works). She said we had to cancel through Expedia since we booked through there.

Worst place i have ever stayed
The worst hotel ive ever stayed at, and ive stayed at circus circus. I killed multipe roaches every day. The parking lot had homeless junkies constantly walking around and passed out people that you have to walk over to get down the sidewalk. Their was a homless shanty built against the back of the building. It was absolutely disgusting. Was woke up nightly from people fighting and screaming at each other.

NEVER GO HERE
Absolutely horrible experience. Staff never answered calls, the location was full of drug dealers doing deals in the common areas and right outside the lobby, homeless being housed here with all their stuff cluttering the grounds. TV was broken, we were locked out and could not use our card to re-enter the property even during "office hours". There was no breakfast available as stated in details, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. If we had any other option, we would have taken it. The location refused to give us a credit for all the issues we encountered because of booking thru a 3rd party.

I was given the keys for a room that was already occupied. Then, they assigned me to another room that was under repairs. The third room that was assigned to me was apparently ok but as we stayed there for a couple of hours, we noticed the presence of bugs and cockroaches. I checked out the same day at 8pm as I did not feel like staying there for another minute.
