Gorgeous 2 Bedroom plus large Den/Office home located in the desirable Corte Bella 55+ golf course community! The master bedroom is very large and it has a huge walk-in closet. The home has top of the line appliances and a 2-car garage. Newly painted and new bedroom floors. This home is immaculate. There is a lovely front courtyard and the backyard is private, fenced and low-maintenance. The neighborhood has golf, swimming, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, spa and two restaurants. This is an amazing, private, gated community, you won't be disappointed.

This home is beautifully furnished, there is a large smart TV and beautiful leather sectional sofa in family room, king bed in master and smaller smart tv with queen bed in guest bedroom, BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. Note - 30 day minimum is required to have access to pool and gym membership. At lease one guest needs to be 55+.
