This is a gorgeous, newly remodeled home in upscale North Scottsdale. The property is elevated and sits on half an acre with incredible views of the McDowell Mountains. Spend quiet evenings soaking in the hot tub and take in all the nature that the Sonoran Desert offers, including our iconic saguaro cacti and a variety of desert wildlife.

The professionally furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is perfect for those that want to truly experience Scottsdale and the Sonoran Desert.

The outdoor entertaining space includes a hot tub, kiva fireplace, propane grill, outdoor dining table and seating area.

Our open concept floorplan has two spacious living areas. Each living area has its own Samsung 65" 4K UHD Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other media apps for your entertainment. Our WiFi connection is up to 150 Mbps download / up to 10 Mbps upload.

The kitchen includes top end appliances, including a ZLINE 48" Professional Gas Burner/Electric Oven, microwave and coffee bar with Keurig coffeemaker. We also provide a wide variety of cookware, dishes and spices.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, modern freestanding tub, shower, double vanity and large walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom includes a queen size bed and the second guest room includes two twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and dressers.

This home is a winner! Elegant, comfortable, well appointed. Master bed is very comfortable! Master Bath luxurious. Everything and more than it shows. Sunrise and Sunset view from patio. Beautiful house in Scottsdale!
Loved this house and our 2-week stay here! It looks brand new, lots of amenities, sweet coffee bar, comfy beds. You can ride to mountain bike trails from the house. Shopping and restaurants are only a 10 minute drive away, and actually a few things within walking distance(pizza, cafe, bike shop, Walgreens). There is no pool but a great hot tub and very nice outdoor seating area. Great house, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Host was very responsive to any questions and recommendations. Loved it!

We had a fabulous vacation at this wonderful property. The location could not have been more perfect for our needs (golf and hiking) but still close enough to get to Phoenix and other locations near and around Scottsdale. The house was exactly as pictured; spacious, extremely clean and modern. It was stocked with many basics that I was happy not to have to purchase (spices, oils, coffee, paper towels, etc.) We loved the hot tub and outside fireplace. Neil was an exceptional host and answered all my questions immediately and offered great suggestions for restaurants, hiking trails, etc. This is definitely my favorite Vrbo rental and I hope I have the opportunity to return.
