Property is close to the shopping area (10-15minute walk/<5 minute drive). Rooms are spacious! We stayed on 3rd level (there is no elevator). It was great to have a full living area, a kitchenette with a larger fridge, a spacious closet for our luggage, and always amazing to have breakfast with stay. We stayed for 1 week for -- work and leisure. I know individuals mentioned that they were having network problems, but I had no issues -- both my partner and I were able to work from hotel smoothly (we were located far away from the check-in building). It was also mentioned in previous reviews that the units seemed dark and dimly lit, they added additional lights throughout the unit to correct that concern. I had no issues with it being "too dark". Some features are still outdated but overall would return.

About a 15-20 minute drive from the airport. Free parking and Free breakfast. Pool and jacuzzi too. Only downside is there isn’t an elevator on the property. Overall I enjoyed my stay with my family.

Being totally honest, this isn't a 4 or 5 star property but it is located in the perfect location with easy walking access to shopping, dining, nightlife and much more! The pool and hot tub are great, the breakfast was consistent, the coffee was terrible (HA HA!!), and the grounds are very well kept and relatively quiet. The rooms are showing some wear and this property - or our room at least - had the worst pillows we've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and bring your own if you can! Overall this property is a very solid choice if you temper your expectations and want to be in the heart of 5th Avenue and Old Town Scottsdale. We'd go back in a second.

Breakfast was top notch. 👌 Customer service ok, but for a hotel of that magnitude, requires more attendant. Hotel itself need renovation, looks good on the outside, but inside is really dated. Overall, friendly staff.

Staff for breakfast were all exceptional providing well prepared food and very clean serving area. Facility needs some updating by removing old carpeting in rooms, changing air filters, sweeping balcony and stairways outside of rooms, replacing worn outdoor cushions on chairs surrounding fire pit. Landscaping looks good, fire pit is very nice addition to property, and gym is equipped and cleaned very well.
