Park only in uncovered spots; wrongful parking leads to towing and a $400 fine.
Trash Disposal Policy:
1. Please dispose of trash in the nearest garbage bin to your unit. If the bin is full, use an alternate bin to avoid overfilling.
2. Ensure all trash is securely bagged and placed inside the bins. Do not leave bags outside the bins. Overfilling or leaving trash bags outside the unit may result in a $200 fine, which will be charged to the responsible party.
Lost and Found:
The property is not liable for lost items. A handling and shipping fee applies for retrieval. Unclaimed items are held for 72 hours and may be disposed of afterward. Fees vary based on the item’s value and hold duration.
Parcel Delivery Policy:
1. Do not use our address for shipping packages. We do not accept or deliver parcels for guests.
2. We are not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.
Pool Rules:
1. Guests may access the main pool using the amenity code provided in the check-in instructions.
2. Glass containers are prohibited.
3. Alcohol and smoking are strictly forbidden in the pool area.
4. Be considerate; no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior.
5. Unauthorized guests are not permitted in the pool area.
6. The pool may close for maintenance without notice.
No Party Policy:
Strictly no parties allowed; security cameras outside the home and noise detectors are in place. The police will be called for any parties, resulting in eviction with no refunds.
Unauthorized Guests: $100 per guest fine.
Party Fine: $500.
Lost Access Key: $250.
Unauthorized Late Checkout Fine: $50 per hour.
Respect for Neighbors:
Please be considerate of others in the building. Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or disturbances will not be tolerated. If we received any reports from our neighbors or property management about any disturbance, police will be involved and we will have to remove you from the property without refund.
Security:
For the safety of all guests, we require a government-issued ID for all staying guests over the age of 18 using a third party link. This information will only be used for background checks and security purposes.
We're permitted to host Airbnb guests, but contacting or going to the front desk can lead to conflicts and incurs a $200 penalty per visit. Please contact us through Airbnb for any stay-related concerns.
