Hyvin varusteltu koti hyvässä naapurustossa. Tämä koti sopii erinomaisesti golfin retkeilyyn, lumilautailuun, katsomaan suosikkijoukkueesi kevään harjoittelutoiminnassa tai yksinkertaisesti nauttimaan upeasta säästä. Vaikka lähellä monia nähtävyyksiä, lentokenttiä ja moottoriteitä koti tarjoaa rauhallisen ympäristön voit nauttia aurinkoista säätä. Kotona on 3 viihtyisää makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, uusittu keittiö uudella kaapilla, työtaso ja kodinkoneet, tilava olohuone, katettu terassi, jossa on kaasugrilli kaikkiin grillaustarpeisiin. Yksityinen autotalli, jossa on lisäkysymys ajotieltä, suljettu takapiha ja laattalattiat helpottavat puhdistusta. Kotimme sijaitsee 30 kilometrin päässä Phoenix / Mesa Gateway Airport ja Phoenix International Airport. Se on myös helppo pääsy alueen moottoriteitä. Kotimme sisältää myös TV / DVD-soittimen, jossa on taulutelevisio, nopea internetyhteys WiFi-yhteydellä, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, king-vuode makuuhuoneessa, queen-vuode toisessa makuuhuoneessa, täysi sänky kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa ja runsaasti kaappitilaa mukavaan oleskeluun. Läheisten vierailupaikkojen esitteitä säilytetään talossa vieraanamme sopivaksi. HOA tarjoaa porteilla uima-allas, joka sijaitsee 2-3 korttelin (2-3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä) kotimme. (Käytettävissä vain huhti-lokakuu). Vaikka ei lämmitetty, uima-allas tarjoaa rauhallisen paikka lounge, lukea, ja nauttia kauniista Arizona sää.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Hohokam Stadium. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Perfect Place

We stayed here as we were in town for a friend's Celebration of Life. The owners were very responsive prior to booking as well as when we had a question while we were there. The house is very clean and smelled amazing. Everything worked as it should. There were 3 bedrooms. We only used 2 of them. The master bedroom is larger and has its own bathroom. The other bathroom is between the other 2 bedrooms. Living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Just to note the refrigerator is smaller so it probably won't hold as much as your refrigerator at home, however it worked fine for us for 4 days. My only suggestion would be more ice trays to make ice. The location is great. While in a quiet neighborhood it is near plenty of gas stations, restaurants, and Wal Mart. The pool is very close to this house although we did not end up using it due to other commitments. House is about 20 minutes or so from PHX airport. It was 98 and 99 degrees while we were there. A/C worked well :)

The only complaint; no wash cloths & only 2 hand towels. Had to go out buy these. Also no tissue boxes which would be nice to have in each bathroom. Overall, otherwise adequately furnished.

Great girls weekend

Our stay was fantastic. The house was well spaced out, giving the 3 of us plenty of privacy. The house was meticulously clean. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The house was close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Mesa.

Outdated dirty property

I stayed at this outdated, musty filthy place. With terrible customer service. I reached out to the person of contact by text message with my concerns. The information sheet was provided to me by email and text message by the host. I sent a text message the person of contact on Thurday 14th, 2024. Which was my date of entry to this property. No reply! I then sent a message to the owner. He replied with this statement. "The cleaning team said everything is clean." I sent him the pictures I took. Then he accused me of taking the keys to this property. Sending me a threatening text talking about he had to get a locksmith to open the door. I'm so glad I took a picture and a video of me placing the keys in the lockbox upon my departure. However, if you look at the instructions sheet provided. It states nothing about placing the keys back in the lockbox. All the beds feel like concrete ona bed frame. Two of the beds are full size. One kings that also felt like a slab of concrete. No proper lighting in the smaller two bedrooms. No ceiling fans or lights in those small rooms. Only small kid like table lamps. The refrigerator is for a college kid. If you notice it not in the pictures posted. A property in this condition should not be on the any website I've also contacted Vrbo.

Very comfortable and great location

Lovely townhome. Lacking a little in basic supplies. I think most of what was there was left by previous renters. Bed was absolute Heaven! Very comfortable throughout with nice furniture. A/C and wifi worked great! I wish they accepted pets, cuz we usually travel with our dog and we would love to stay here again.

Convenient location and very spacious!

We chose this location because of how close it is to the Mesa convention center where we were attending/working an event. The house had plenty of room and felt very cozy. Bonus points for the size of the bathtubs and great water pressure. .

Great place stay.

I don't have alot of experience with vacation rentals but I do gotta say that this house was perfect for our group. Everything worked, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the pool is just a short walk. My group stayed here twice in 2 months and if we go back to Mesa, we'll probably stay again. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Overall a 5 star place. The pool was beautiful and well used by us and not a far walk from the house. There were a few extras that were great like sugar, salt pepper and some spices.

Lovely home

We loved our 4 day stay. It was perfect for our family of 4 (three separate bedrooms) was stocked with everything we needed (in the kitchen), and was a charming home. Great neighborhood, kids loved the community pool, the price was right, and we would book again, without hesitation.

Arizona Stay

My family and I went to Arizona to visit my grandparents who live in the area. This rental was perfect for our stay. Great area, great pool, very responsive host. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
