Whether you're lounging poolside with a refreshing drink or soaking in the spa under the stars, you'll feel the stresses of everyday life melt away.


As the sun sets, gather around the cozy firepit for stories and s'mores, creating memories with loved ones that will last a lifetime. For culinary enthusiasts, our outdoor kitchen is a dream come true, fully equipped with a barbecue grill, ample counter space, and a dining area perfect for al fresco meals.


Centrally located in Mesa, you're just moments away from a wealth of attractions and activities. Explore nearby hiking trails, tee off at world-class golf courses, or indulge in shopping and dining in downtown Mesa. With easy access to Phoenix and Scottsdale, you can also discover all that the greater Phoenix area has to offer.


You can opt for pool or  hot tub heating for $50 per day. This fee applies for the entire duration of your stay and must be confirmed before your booking date. Heating typically takes 6+ hours for the pool and 1+ hour for the hot tub. If pool heat is requested the pool will be heated to 86 degrees.  If Spa heat is requested the spa will be heated to 102 degrees from 6-10am and 5-10pm If you'd like to add this service, please let us know in advance.


Heating is not typically needed June-September due to the warm outdoor temperatures.

There is a $500 fee for smoking on the premises.

 Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.

Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on our policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
