30 day minimum. A signed lease, by all parties, will be required for your stay at our home. All you need is your toothbrush and clothes to start enjoying your stay at this beautifully decorated and relaxing home. This home offers 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, covered patio, fire pit, and grill in your own private back yard. Choose your choice of amenities ranging from 2 fitness centers, fitness classes, 4-18 hole championship golf courses, 11 lighted tennis courts, as well as planned activities, for an additional cost. Utilities, WiFi, and a smart television, all are included in your rent. One person staying in the residence must be 45+ and older, occasional guests will be considered. Great house in Sun City Grand
The house was well furnished and upgraded. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc. Nice private backyard. The owners Theresa and Rick were great to work with, very responsive!

Great house, great owners, great location
Nice 2 bedroom in The Grand. Very comfortable. Well equipped. Quiet street in the grand. Rick and Teresa did everything to make sure we had a great stay. We hope to stay there again.

Convenient location, perfect size
We needed a place for several weeks after we sold our house until my husband retired. This was very convenient to everything in Surprise and the northwest valley, and the perfect size. The home had everything we needed and was well taken care of.
