Also a short drive to both Phoenix International & Scottsdale Airport, Talking Stick, freeways and Spring training baseball fields.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyft for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation!

Our property offer a variety of amenities to complete your stay, for which this home offers the following:

o Toaster, Dishwasher, Dishwasher detergent, Drip Coffee Maker, Microwave, Blender, Cooking essentials, Silverware, Plates, Bowls, Glassware, ice maker does not work.

o Washer, Dryer, Clothing Detergent, Iron, Ironing Board

o Bed Linens, Pillows, Blankets, Bath & Pool Towels

o Community Pool

The following items we do NOT provide:

o Condiments, Pressure cookers, Crockpots, Bottled or Filtered Water

o Speakers, Stereo


Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.

We can provide the following extra's at a fee to ensure you have a platinum experience:

o Early check-in and Late checkout (if available)- $150+tax each

Pets Allowed with exceptions: no cats.

*$185 non-refundable fee per dog (this does not cover extra cleaning, inside or out, after your pet)

*- Lost keys or garage remotes there will be a fee of $50.00
