Imagine a spacious two-story home in Gold Canyon, Arizona, with stunning views of the Superstition Mountains. Outside, a well-maintained pool is surrounded by lush turf, creating a peaceful oasis. The patio is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, featuring a grill and multiple lounging areas to enjoy the pool and backyard.
Inside, the home offers four bedrooms across two levels, with large windows letting in natural light and views of the landscape. The warm, welcoming decor creates a relaxing atmosphere.
This home blends indoor and outdoor living, ideal for enjoying Gold Canyon's desert setting. It's also close to Boyce Thompson Arboretum, hiking trails, golf courses, and nearby events like the Renaissance Festival and Country Thunder.
You'll receive detailed directions to the home as your arrival date approaches. Access is through a smart lock, and the code will be shared shortly before check-in.
Guests have full access to the house, though some closets are clearly marked for owner use only, and the garage is not available.

To get to The One with the Pavilion from Sky Harbor Airport (PHX), follow these directions:
Exit the Airport:
Follow signs to get onto I-10 E from Sky Harbor Blvd.
Merge onto I-10 E:
Stay on I-10 E for about 3 miles.
Merge onto US-60 E:
Take exit 148A to merge onto US-60 E toward Mesa.
Continue on US-60 E:
Stay on US-60 E for approximately 24 miles.
Exit onto Ironwood Drive:
Take exit 196 for Ironwood Drive.
Turn Left onto Ironwood Drive:
Turn left onto N Ironwood Dr and continue for about 2 miles.
Turn Right onto E El Amanecer:
Turn right onto E El Amanecer.
Arrive at 18452 E El Amanecer:
Continue on E El Amanecer until you reach 18452 E El Amanecer.
Estimated Travel Time: About 45-55 minutes, depending on traffic.
Please abide by the following guidelines during your stay:
1. Occupancy: The number of guests must match the number of beds, with a standard occupancy limit of 8 people, including infants and children. Any request to exceed this limit must be approved in writing by Blooming Properties.
2. Parking: All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, with a maximum of 3 cars at any time.
3. Daytime Visitors: Without prior permission from Blooming Properties, the number of daytime visitors, including adults and children, should be at most four (4) people.
4. Parties and Gatherings: Parties, gatherings, or events of any size are not allowed in the home and community. They are for quiet enjoyment only.
5. Reservations: Reservations under pseudonyms or false names are not accepted.
6. Noise and Security: To respect neighborhood noise levels, the home is equipped with NoiseAware, which alerts excessive noise levels without recording conversations, and security cameras that monitor the motion of the backyard, back gate, driveway, and front door. Any covering, disabling, or tampering of cameras will result in booking cancellation without the possibility of a refund.
7. Pet Policy: No pets, including visiting pets, are allowed inside or outside the property. This is due to severe allergies of the owners and some guests. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Service Animals (SAs) have specific guidelines outlined below.
8. Security Deposit: Blooming Properties reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit and a signed rental agreement.
9. Violation of Rules: Any violation of these house rules may result in the termination of the rental contract and eviction, with forfeiture of all monies paid, including rent, cleaning, and deposits.
10. TVs: All TVs are for streaming and do not offer satellite or cable services.
11. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the specified cancellation window during booking.
ADA Service Animals/ESAs:
1. A service animal/ESA must not be left alone in the home at any time during your stay.
2. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by a service animal/ESA.
3. Misrepresentation of a pet as a service animal will result in eviction without refund and reporting to government authorities.
Service Animal/ESA Requirements:
1. For ESAs, documentation demonstrating the disability need from a licensed Mental Health professional is required.
2. For SAs, answers to crucial questions about the dog's role and training must be provided.
3. Service Animal/ESA must always accompany the guest and may not be left unattended or crated during the stay.
4. A copy of the animal's current rabies vaccine must be provided before the stay.
5. The animal must always be leashed or under verbal/sight commands.
6. Animal waste must be promptly cleaned and properly disposed of in the outdoor trash bin at the side of the house.
7. Service Animals/ESA are not allowed on furniture or counters unless necessary for the guest's disability, and evidence of this may result in additional cleaning fees.
